The young man who came to repair our leak was very courteous and efficient in his work. All done in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

We called Threshold Plumbing and talked to James. James got plumbers John & Malakai to our house within a couple of hours. John & Malakai were great guys & got our problem fixed within a short period of time. They will be our first call should we ever need anything else plumbing wise. Awesome!!!

Lee Billeter and crew were professional, timely, and knowledgeable! They took care of the details of an above ground plumbing issue. They had it buried below the frost line and thoroughly checked for leaks in no time. Job site was spotless when they left. Quality work and good pricing. Will definitely use Threshold Plumbing Maintenance and Repair again.

Threshold Plumbing was absolutely the BEST! I just needed a couple of small plumbing issues taken care of. Not only were they fast and efficient, they were very professional and got the job done in no time at all. The technician even showed me how I could do one of the things in the future so that will save me time and money. You can’t beat these guys they were awesome!

The entire crew worked on this project, Even James and Robert brought the jackhammer by, the crew of two, worked hard and steady to completion. They also checked with me on any major changes needed to accomplish the end result, which was very satisfactory.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I was notified before the technicians arrived, which was close to the time I requested. John was especially helpful. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I did have a problem a week later ( which turned out was not due to anything the technician did). Again, John explained what happened and was able to correct the problem after double checking everything. I would highly recommend this company!

After talking with Chad on this subject ive come to realize that the plumbers didnt always respect this privilege that yall offered and at times wouldnt clean up after themselves. Since that conversation as well, they have installed a new fountain machine. Changing this to 5 stars for Chad and the counter crew only!
Bring back the hot dogs for the lunch hour! Be consistent with the soda fountain. Sounds like a small request but the plumbers bring yall loads of cash man. Dont bring covid into this either

Chad is always on top of it. Had a mix-up getting an outdoor tankless water heater for a disabled customer, no problem, things happen. Went in this morning to see about clearing up confusion and get a new delivery time frame. He had it ready first thing this morning, and I was able to take care of my customer. Thanks brother, and of course thanks Ferguson.
