We requested a leak detection and the information we received was totally incorrect, it made us damage our property that we did not need to damage. If they are going to provide leak detection, they should make sure their tools are working properly so they do not give incorrect information.

They don't talk about anything up front and when they look at the heater it's $170 for them to do it. They can't install a tank-less water heater, they will have to come back for a "full day". Thanks for the hidden cost. I think I'll go with someone else.

If you need any type of plumbing work done go to Dale Bolles plumbing. They charged us $1200 for what all other plumbing companies were trying to charge over $3000 to do. We got quotes from 4 other plumbers. They are honest and reasonable. They are def the company we will use from now on!

Had an after hours plumbing issue. Answering service was nice. Got a call from the on call plumber and it was the most unprofessional conversation. Completely felt like it could have been handled a lot better. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

I called on Friday afternoon to schedule a plumbing inspection for a house we are purchasing in Lubbock. They put me down for the next Monday at 1pm. Monday 230 came around and my realtor notified me that no plumbers showed up for the inspection. When I called to find out what was happening with my appointment, they transferred me to the plumber that was assigned my request, but he didn't even know about the job or was even giving en a ticket for our request. He was actually in Plainview doing a job.
I still have not received a phone call or follow-up as to what happened. It's like I never called or something. This is just terrible customer service.

Not sure if your drivers realize this but there is a stop sign right by the Acme Brick company. Sitting here waiting to unload and I’ve counted at least 4 of your trucks blowing right through it,not even looking.

They came and did a detection on my house because I had a leak on the kitchen well they missed the spot for the leak and charge me 300 on the spot so I ended up making 2 big holes because they missed the water leak but when I reported they came and took a picture and didn’t got any response from them I

Elizabeth went the extra mile to get someone out to check my propane line for leaks - they were here within an hour of my call. The leaks they found were in OLD black pipe that had rusted through so they recommended replacing the line with poly pipe and suggested I move the tank closer to save cost of ditching and pipe.
Because of the projects already committed and scheduled, I dug the trench for the pipe while they scheduled my project. At 8:30 Randal came out to figure out the fastest and most economical way of making the repair. He pressure tested the entrance pipe (above ground) and there were no leaks there so I saved money not having to go under the house to do work there. He laid the poly line into the ditch and was finished by 3:30.
I really appreciate the professionalism, courtesy -- I thank them so much for everything they did for me to save me money so I can have hot water again. Sometimes I forget to thank the LORD for small things like warm water but today I thank him and Randal for all the kindness showed me and my family by being so prompt and efficient AND for saving me money in making my repairs.

I have used this company in the past. Fast efficient and attention to detail. Just used them to confirm if something could be done. They confirmed my suspicion it could not. Patrick , is my go to guy. Randall also came out and absolutely knows what it is to be a Professional Plumber. May not be the cheapest in town. But they are fast and keep their appointments unlike others in this field.

We really enjoyed using F3 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. Dalton was great! He communicated well and has a great sense of integrity. I originally contacted him for a quote on an entirely new unit as we had been told by two other companies that we needed one. When he came to visit, he advised he could fix the unit for much less than the cost of a brand new unit. He could have easily sold us on a new unit, but instead he chose to do the right thing. He had an incredibly fast response time. We a grateful!

These guys are the absolute best! I'm in the Dallas area and do as much as I can to help my parents in Sundown. Cody has answered my every call - even after hours to schedule services for my parents. Shawn has been out on both calls and has the patience of a Saint - (mom is hard hearing and daddy has dementia) - My parents can sometimes be a handful! Mom has complimented him each time. Lets not forget that Sundown is an hour away. Thank you Cody and Shawn for everything!

I am a board member for a local charity. At one of our charity houses, we have had water pressure and water heater problems for a long time. We had multiple large plumbing companies check out the issue and they all mentioned it was the water heater that was causing the pressure issues. Quotes were between $2k to $3k to replace the water heater and relocate it. Cotton City Plumbing was called out for one last chance at a better solution. After a service fee of only $160 for 1 hour of work, the problem was solved. It had nothing to do with the water heater, but they took the time to actually diagnose the problem instead of quoting a large fee for a bigger solution. We are thankful for their service since the other quotes would have still left us with the same problem after spending a ton more.

I had an issue with my water heater and everything was taken care of right away. They were awesome!!

I got a quote so I knew what I was paying upfront. A text which identified the two guys coming with their pictures, that they were on way and a map of where they were coming from. Guys were polite, listened to what we had already done. They got on the roof and got it done. Quick in and out. It's nice to have good efficient service! Another company was going to charge me almost double.
