They came out the same day that our air conditioner started to act up. They were very quick with the repairs and very professional and didnt try to "sell" us anything we really didnt need. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our landlord uses Jerry when we have issues. Last year our pipes busted and they came out quick, it was even after 5pm. Today we had our whole house clogged and it was fixed in under an hour. The guys are very professional and kind! Would recommend over and over again!

Bonner Plumbing came by to check on very cloudy water on our master bath hot water only. After talking with me and inspecting the system, the tech very astutely proceeded to drain the hot water tank and replace the anode rod. Problem solved!! What I thought would be a very expensive, time consuming and messy problem was fixed in no time. And since the water heater was under warranty, there was no charge. Couldn’t be happier with this experience.

This company was sent by management to my home for a plumbing and an a/c problem. This was the most unprofessional encounter from a service provider I’ve ever dealt with. An older man knocked on my front door, I opened it to not him introducing himself and letting me know who he’s with but to “how long have you been here”. I said a few minutes, he replied “I was knocking on your back door” ok….i wasn’t here yet or I didn’t hear you at my BACK door. Then just walks in my home and says I need to let my other guy in and proceeds to find the back door not knowing where he’s going. I have an area rug in the living area with ample amount of room to walk around it. After he lets his guy in he proceeds upstairs still not speaking to me and instead of walking around the carpet like his guy does he walks with his nasty shoes straight across my white carpet. I asked him nicely to please not walk on the carpet and he says nothing. I follow them upstairs to where he still does not know where he’s going as he looks in rooms searching for my upstairs bathroom. After the plumbing issue is fixed he then again starts walking through my entire home looking for the return air for my a/c instead of just asking me. After that he does the same thing again looking for the thermostat. He is literally walking in all my bedrooms and other bathroom without a word to me. This behavior is not ok. Especially to a woman by herself in her home letting in 2 unknown men I’m supposed to blindly trust. Extremely unprofessional attitude from this employee.

Our 4 year old hot water heater sprung a leak. I found Donnie Holland's info on the Rheem website....they came out and replaced the water heater for us....thank you for the quick turnaround.

We have a "vintage" 1964 Eljer toilet in our main bathroom on which the tank flapper gasket came completely off the tank. We tried to fix this but were not able to get the repair to work.
I have a home warranty. I contacted them to send a contractor out. After the 8th call, and being told to "find your own contractor", I did just that.
I contacted Donnie Holland Plumbing Services, and Brittany was helpful and said they could get to me today!
And, just as promised, the plumbers showed up, explained what they were hoping to do, but also said they might have to replace the toilet. However, after having the proper replacement piece with them, they promptly repaired my toilet. They were professional, knew what they needed to do and got the job done.
I will be calling Donnie Holland Plumbing Services anytime I need a plumber, going forward.

I have used Donnie Holland since moving back to Lubbock in 2009 for my personal and business locations. They have always been very friendly and always get the job done right.

Talk about some good people. Contacted me and showed up and immediately found the issue behind the wall. Showed me where the leak was coming from and fixed it promptly. Tested the water and no leak. Nice to work with a company that is honest and trust worthy. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone looking for great work!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner is aggressive! He called and demanded payment before an invoice had been issued. (Less than 24 hours after service). He was disrespectful, rude, and threatening!! All services that this company had done previously had been paid in full! He kept demanding my credit card and I had to tell him that I would pay as soon as an invoice was issued. He was so unprofessional!! He emailed the invoice and I paid immediately! Glad to be done with this company! Also, the hot water heater they replaced had to be repaired 4 times, and eventually had to be replaced, and I had to pay for 2 installations!!!!!
