Unclog our Sink, they were fast to respond, but after spending 2 hours working on it, they claimed the issue had been resolved. 2 days later we still
Had a clogged sink. I called Donny and spoke to him personally and he assured
Me they would come out and finish what they started. In the meantime we
Received an invoice from them for $266 dollars, my Wife was Quoted $150
Dollars at the time, she asked if she could sign something stating the Quoted price and she was told that they
Did not operate that way. Needless to say it has been 3 weeks since they came out and we still have not been able to use our kitchen sink. We were recommended to this Business by a friend of Donny’s. I personally would Not recommend this Business to any of
My friends.

Called they immediately scheduled me within an hour somebody was taking care of the problem. It was a simple problem easy fix but they didn't hesitate to help me.

We had Donnie Holland's Repair Plumbing replace our water hot water heater a few years ago. They did an excellent job and did not charge us an arm and an leg for it. Since then, we have use them for other plumbing issues. They do quality work at a reasonable price. The services guy was polite and patiently explained what he was doing each step of the way. AND he cleaned up after himself! Thanks guys!!

Quick, great service at a great price. I've used them for years at my home and business and couldn't be happier with the experience every time.

This was my mom's house before she died, and we had a list of issues that needed our attention. There was the backed up shower drain in one end of the house and very low hot water pressure at the other end of the house. In between were a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal that needed to be replaced. I started to call the plumber my mom had used for years (NOT Holland), but things they had told my mom in the past made me leery about using them. I called my cousin, who managed Lubbock apartments most of her career, for a recommendation. She said to call Donnie Holland's Plumbing.

I am so glad I did. They were wonderful. The kitchen faucet and garbage disposal were done in almost no time. They quickly figured out where the shower clog was and cleared it. The low hot water pressure was a tricker problem. They spent a couple of hours diagnosing why the pressure in the back bathroom was so low and how to fix it. It was the end of the day by the time they finished diagnosing the problem. They said they would come back today and run a new hot water line. They were here by ten this morning and were done by noon. They ran a new hot water line the full length of the house, from the hot water heater to the far bathroom. They had to remove the things in the bathroom linen closet and under the bathroom sink to access what they needed. When they left I couldn't tell they had been here. Everything was back its place, tidy and clean. They even put insulation on the new pipe before they left. I couldn't be happier! I will call Holland's the next time I need a Lubbock plumber.

Austin did a good job of cleaning out the plumbing lines. He did leave a little black mess on the kitchen floor after working under the sink to clean out, but it came out. I think the charge for doing all this work was very reasonable.

I thought it would be several days work. A 99 year old 2-story house with 4 inch iron pipe split from first floor to second floor. He opened the wall, cut the split and rusty piping out, and replaced with PVC in hours. These guys really know what they’re doing. Outstanding!

Donnie Holland Repair Plumbing is the best. My tenant had an $800 water bill. I saw no evidence of any leaks, and had Donnie Holland check out the house. Their professionals performed a thorough testing and found zero leaks as well. Turns out the water meter was faulty and the city needed to replace it, plus reimburse my tenant for her wildly overcharged bill.

I’ve used Donnie Holland for many years and appreciate their great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended!
