Justin came out on a home warranty call for a plumbing stoppage. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. The whole thing took less than half an hour. We are very pleased.

Ruben and Cody got us fixed! We have an on demand water heating system. The unit failed under the manufacturer's warranty which turned into a headache with the home warranty... Ruben and Cody cut through the red tape, got the system fixed, and got us back to hot showers and clean clothes faster than we could get dirty!
Great staff. Great customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience working with them. While I hope I don't need to see them anytime soon, when we have our next plumbing need, they will be the ones we'll call. Highly recommended!

The young men, Justin and Talon were very nice young men. They worked so hard and were always positive. They explained each step of the project, and cleaned up after themselves! They did the whole project in a timely manner! I would highly recommend this company!

I was very disappointed with the service that I received from this company. They did not know how to properly install a dishwasher. I had to call a second plumber out to finish installing it so I was out $160.

Cotton City Plumbing is very prompt, dependable, courteous and reasonable. Best plumbing experience I have ever experienced! I live 48 miles from Lubbock but they responded quickly and arrived when they said they would. Will call them again.

I can’t say enough good things about Cotton City Plumbing. They are reliable, efficient and very kind. Justin Thompson has been out to our property a couple times now to fix water heaters. He has done a fantastic job! This last visit he came with Ruben Rodriguez for a new water heater issue and not only did they take care of the issue in a timely manner, but they brought in 2 heavy delivery boxes that were at my front door. I didn’t ask them to bring them in! I had only mentioned that I needed to bring them in, but they were heavy (and busy mom life)! When I got home later, I found both boxes inside our house. What an incredibly nice gesture! That is the definition of going above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

We had a leak that started up from our water heater, and we were able to get same day service from the Cotton City Plumbing Team! Ruben & Talon were onsite within minutes of our request for assistance, and they did a phenomenal job leading us through the steps that lead to a total water heater replacement that was from start to finish a process of just 2 hours! Incredibly thankful for their knowledge and cleanliness as they completed this for our home. Thankful for a Lubbock locally owned business that carry themselves with excellence! Highly recommend!

I am so incredibly thankful for this company and especially for the expertise of Cody. This was the fourth plumber I had come out to my home, and I had received quotes as high as $20,000 to replace the majority of my plumbing. It was overwhelming and honestly very discouraging.

Cody came out and within an hour had located and removed the clog. It ended up being a simple fix — no massive replacement needed. His knowledge, efficiency, and honesty saved me an enormous amount of money and stress.

Cotton City Plumbing came out to replace our entire sewer line. They were to quick to get us scheduled (just before Christmas) and got our plumbing back up and running in 1 day. We were thankful for the fast service because we had family coming in for the holiday. They were easy to communicate with as well. We would highly recommend these guys at Cotton City Plumbing.
