Took hooours to get here, even after updated texts “on the way”. Took 4 of them to diagnose it and it backed up two days later. When we reached back out his response was “I told you I’d get you a quote”. $180 later for one hour is steep, especially for the problem to return so quickly.
I just don’t appreciate how customer service is not valued these days. They told us they’d be here by 2 and didn’t arrive until 8 and then proceeded to charge us after hours.
People are so quick to take advantage of others and then place the blame on us with “you knew you had a problem”. Yes that’s why I called you…

They were prompt and came out when I needed help with a water emergency. However the repair estimates they gave me were astronomically priced (50k for less intrusive and destructive option), and after a second opinion call from another trusted business, found that their leak detection had been incorrect and was quoted 2.5k for the same repair. They also forgot to turn the water back off after the test. Which wasn’t discovered until later in the evening when my backyard had flooded again.

Edit: Got a call letting me know that the insane quotes was an error entering info into their system, and the final quotes were much less insane.

I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I have an older home and my drain lines needed replacing. Called them up that afternoon and they came out and gave me a very reasonable bid. The next morning they were digging up the old drain lines and installed the new ones the next day.
My hats off to Trey, the owner. He's a true professional and his crew (Joshua n Jake) are top notch.

Will with Flatland Plumbing was amazing! We made the mistake of hiring a handy man to fix our shower and it was disastrous, so we called Flatland Plumbing and he was able to come within the hour and fix the issue for the night until he could get the correct part the next day! He came with the correct part while my toddler was napping and he was so quiet and efficient that she slept right through it! He was extremely professional and kind through the whole experience! 10/10 give him a call for all your plumbing needs!

Will was the best plumber. Professional, prompt and WEEKEND calls. We had a plumbing emergency and he came quickly to fix our problem. I will 100% recommend Flatland Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing repair. I am saving his card because it’s never a good day to have a plumbing problem, but I’m thankful now I know who to call! We had a plumbing emergency at midnight. After calling another company who failed to call us back, we called Flatland. They were kind and informative. They had someone over quickly who helped us fix the problem in a short time. We will gladly use them again. Will was great.

Will was very professional and quick. There was a busted pipe behind a wall. He got me in very quickly. By the time other companies got back to me with an estimated time, Will had already fixed the problem and loaded up his tools. Can’t thank him enough for getting water back on for the renters. Great pricing as well! Definitely recommend Flatland Plumbing!
