I called Flatland Plumbing at 11:30 at night on a freezing holiday evening, not expecting anyone to even answer. My wife and I were hearing water running through the walls and were extremely concerned. To my surprise, they picked up right away.

They insisted on coming out that late, but I asked if they could at least help guide me over the phone. Without hesitation, they walked me through how to shut off the main water supply and explained all of my options clearly and patiently. They even advised me to go through my home warranty so the repair would be more affordable if it was what they thought it was going to be.

Later, we found out it was a slab leak, but their integrity, honesty, and non-judgmental approach truly stood out. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care more about helping than making a quick dollar.

Flatland Plumbing is truly one of a kind. Wishing them nothing but success in all their future endeavors. Highly recommend!

Worst experience in my entire life with a plumbing company, or any subcontractor in any situation. I have never even had an experience this bad with a contractor on my own jobs!! SIX different plumbers sent to my house to repair/replace bathroom faucet!! The company made numerous schedule changes, plumbers were late most of the time, and I lost numerous work hours because of all the rescheduling and multiple appointments. This was in our master bathroom. My wife, who is disabled and terminally-ill and bedridden much of the time, had to be subjected to four strange men in and out of our bedroom/bathroom in one week several months ago while they attempted to repair/replace faucet. Never once was the same plumber allowed to pick up where he had left off. We gave up because of the stress and decided to just use buckets to haul cold water in to our bath water to adjust the temperature because this company imposed so much stress on my wife. On top of that, the owner complained to our landlord that I was “being ugly” to her office girls, so he threatened to evict us over it. Then, I got a month long out of town work assignment, so I asked the landlord if we could try again because it is very difficult for my wife to haul cold water buckets. Enter plumber number 5 (different from the other four). He takes everything apart, realizes he needs parts, tells us he will go get parts that day, but company will not let him return until 1000 the next day, because they are making him go to another job. This guy tells me and landlord he will be back for sure on the following day with parts at 1000 the next morning. 1030 next morning - no plumber. I call landlord again. Westech calls me and tells me he (same plumber) was running late from an earlier appointment (put before us) and is now on the way with parts. Guess what? That guy never showed up, but plumber #6 shows up and has to figure out what parts he needs. Owner calls me back up, I explain what we endured months ago, why we gave up on get the faucet repaired/replaced and what we were going through now. Yes, I had been and was again very frustrated with her, as she continuously cut me off mid-sentence, displayed zero consideration for the ongoing inconvenience and stress placed upon my family, and once again threatened to call and complain to our landlord!! Unbelievable!! At least plumber #6 was finally allowed to complete the job. I would give this company a zero if I could.

Westech came out on very short notice to fix my moms pipe that burst during the 2021 freeze. They fixed it fast, great service. But even more than that: *they gave her an absolutely huge discount for being effected by the freeze*. They didnt have to do this, but they did.

What a great company. I'll never use another plumber.

One of the best experience with a plumber, Daniel came out on time to remove the bathtub drain. I tried, I could not do it and did not want to make it worse, so called them. Was so tight he had to use a saw to take it out in pieces. Clearly was not the first time, he done a great job and quick, less then an hour like he said it will take. I would recommend him to anybody. Overall friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Very glad I called them.

They were dispatched to our house from our home warranty company because our washer drain kept backing up. The tech came snaked from washer to main line ran washer empty and said it was good. I ran a full load and it backed up again so called them back and he came back and snaked it again later that day. Went to do dishes and now the sink is backed up. Called the home warranty company and they said they would send them back out. We had not heard anything so my husband called West Tech and Angel went off on my husband telling him he shouldn't be calling and since the warranty company didn't call it wasn't a big issue and could wait till she decided to send someone. We have no way to use water in our kitchen and I am afraid to run the washer again as well. With a family of 5 dishes and clothes pile up very quick. We contacted the home warranty company after the very rude conversation with Angel and let them know everything as well and hopefully we can get a company out here soon to fix what they were unwilling to fix.

The tech was very courteous, professional, & conscientious. After some exploration, he explained what the problem was, what he intended to do to solve it, & provided additional information about the syatem. After completing his work, which was done efficiently, he was careful to clean everything he had touched, making sure he left the house in as good a condition (or better) as when he arrived.

Top notch service! Sam arrived at targeted time after a short interview of the problems he went right to work. All the drain lines in the house were clogged and/or slow draining. You could not run the washer and shower without it backing up in the bathtub. He cleaned all the drain lines in the house including under the kitchen sink. Everything works great. He cleaned up everywhere he went. He was very polite and efficient. I would rrecommend WesTech to anyone.

They took care of a leak in my backyard. Our home warranty didn't cover outside the home leaks but luckily Westech Plumbing came and located the leak fixed it all in one day!! Thank you for your fast service and for being so kind and explaining everything to us!

Recently had a leak under our foundation at our home. WesTech was professional, friendly and accommodating. They put in a competitive bid which we compared against a few other local companies. We hired them for the job and it was completed quickly without issue.

Will be glad to work with them again.

Our Home warranty sent them out. I was pleased with their work. Carlos explained everything that was done. He also cleaned up the small mess from the leak. Office girls weres very nice too when they called me.

I had many concerns about our plumbing and felt uncomfortable with a previous quote, so I called WesTech for a second opinion. Because of my concerns the co-owner himself came, talked me thru it step by step. The estimate I was given was surprisingly MUCH lower than the previous company’s estimate, and less work involved. Because of the professionalism and thorough explanation I cancelled the 3 other companies I had scheduled for estimates. Done, we found our guys! Will add another review after work is completed.

Work has been completed and we will not use another plumbing service as long as we are in Lubbock. ALWAYS courteous, on time, respectful, hard working.

Both technicians were very kind and answered all my questions. They also did a great job and pretty fast as well.

Great Experience!! They came to my house on time, and didn't leave until the work was completed to my satisfaction. The service tech stayed later in the evening than I expected to finish the repair. That is customer service!!

This a revision to my original review. As far as customer service goes, WesTech has always been on point. They answer the phone, reception is always attentive and caring. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The worker they sent out was super polite, called before coming to my house. I had an 11 am appointment, WesTech showed up around 11:45am. He was stuck at a previous job. No big deal, that is to be expected. Here is my problem, I had a sewer backup issue. The plumber quickly diagnosed my concern as a over full septic tank. He recommended getting the septic tank pumped first before continuing with any other diagnosis. Something I completely agree with. After speaking with him about what need to be done, the plumber stated there would be no charge for this visit due to the repair circumstance that need to be performed. We shook hands and parted ways. I guess he was calling his dispatcher for the next job, he returned to my front door and asked for a $45 diagnosis fee. I'm not upset about paying the diagnosis fee. But, I feel there is a lack of trust between management and workers. This worker made a judgment call to not charge for diagnosis because there was no work done. Just a simple visual inspection. But instead of honoring his opinion ,management asked him to charge me a fee. Don't get me wrong $45 half of their hourly rate, and well deserved given the work they perform.But as a manager myself, when my employees make a judgment call that has to do with customer service and customer retention. I have to trust their judgment and stand behind their decisions.

I have had to place a service request through my Home Warranty and they sent out WesTech Plumbing both times. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness. Every person I have talked to from this company has been beyond nice; starting with the Rebecca who answers the phones and places the work orders from the Home Warranty company, to the technicians the have come out. Both technicians that went above and beyond what they were "suppose" to do. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had a clog stop up both bathrooms on a Friday evening. Charlie with WesTech was so great! He came out for us at 9:00pm and had us fixed up in no time! Highly recommend WesTech!
