We used them to solve drain issues, they came out the same day. The technician thoroughly analyzed the system and found the enormous hair bundle; not a small ball but a huge elongated mass. He went through a lot to drag it out. I think most plumbers would simply snake the troubled drain and call it done. Great results, very good price !

Awful experience. We were charged for two hours of “labor” to fix a simple leaky faucet, and nothing was actually fixed. The technician claimed it needed new stems and said they’d order the parts. Then they made us wait over a week while they supposedly “looked” for the part—only to finally admit they never ordered it in the first place.

Meanwhile, another plumber came out and fixed the leak in minutes without needing any new stems, proving their diagnosis was completely wrong.

They keep pointing to their GPS to justify the time, but most of that time the tech was sitting in his truck doing nothing, milking the clock while we were being charged.

We were overcharged, misled, and left without a repair. Save yourself the frustration—use someone else.

The price was very reasonable. The service was done well in a timely fashion. Very polite and informative as well. He kept me included in what was going on. 10/10 would recommend WesTech Plumbing. Even to schedule the service was very easy and the lady was very polite and informative as well getting us scheduled.

It was a great experience. Charlie came after hours. He analyzed the problem and took quick action to make the proper repairs. WesTech treated me honestly and they were easy to work with.

As owner of A Step Above Inspections Inc , Westech did a great job running a camera through the sewer line for my client. They made a video of of what they saw and it makes my clients feel good about buying the house. They have state of the art equipment and experience plumbers!

Unclogged sink, and cleared the line for drainage for toilet and shower all in the same bathroom.
