Worked diligently and got the job done sooner than anticipated.

Do not recommend. Had to use WesTech through home warranty. They had the city shut off water to an occupied duplex mid day. Called back 3 hours later as no one had been out to fix the leak. Was told no plumbers available for 5 days. Had I been told this to begin with, I could have changed companies. As it is now, the 2 families will be without water overnight at the very least. Crossing fingers WesTech will arrive first thing and fix the leak. Will update when the job is done.

WesTech called me quickly after receiving the request from the home warranty company. They showed up during the time frame they said they would and explained everything they did. They provided great customer service. I definitely will use them again!

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! You can not go wrong!

Absolutely amazing company. Had a pipe break recently during the freeze and called a number of places around town. WesTech was the only one to answer, some others didn't call back until two days after the break. WesTech had someone at my house within an hour. The Plumber was proffesional, effecient and respectful of me and my home. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informed me how to avoid pipe breaks in the future. Even going so far as to provide outside faucet covers. I HIGHLY recommend WesTech Plumbing.

I have used WesTech Plumbing since it was recommended by a local realtor. I trust them completely.
My last was a clogged drain. After the repair it flowed cleanly for a day and then clogged again. They came out and did a very thorough cleansing of the line at no charge.
Honest people. Well worthy of your trust.

They figured it out! I had an unusual problem where I lost hot water to my kitchen sink. These guys called each other and brain stormed and got my problem figured out and fixed. Very clean, courteous and professional.

I have to give WesTech Plumbing 5 stars! Daniel came out and not only helped me with my week old plumbing issue that another company stated they had to run a camera to be able to correct it but he also helped me clear my sink due to my non-working garbage disposal! WesTech is great all around from customer service to their service techs!! So thank you Daniel for being honest, fast and amazing and for going out of your way! I apologize for not giving you a tip but I promise I will make sure I go there personally to drop off a tip for you!! So thank you WesTech!!

Would like to have been treated respectfully by Esmeralda. I don’t like surprises. Just tell me ahead of time that I will be paying a $95 travel charge.
I understand that but I do not like being treated like I’m some kind of idiot.

Every time we have called these guys out we were very happy with their service. They do a great job on everything from basic repairs to installing all new pipes. Highly recommended no need to call anyone else this is the company that will do it right. Thanks!!

I have everything to say good about Michael Pena he was really conversational about his work and the duties he was about to perform he was really professional and I love seeing that in young men I'm sure he's got a lot of learning but this young man has potential in the job and career he has chosen he was very professional and he did his job to the max I will recommend him and the company to family and friends I'm sure that the company will continue to treat him well and he will do the company well in return good job Michael keep up the good work this is a tough line of work this trade is not for everyone so look over your coworker shoulders to see if there's something you can learn because every day is a learn also thank you West Tech Plumbing for coming out the second time to make sure that the job was correct you guys are in my contact list have a blessed one

When we started looking for plumbers to deal with our plumbing problems we had several through our door who immediately tried to sell us the biggest project they could. The single greatest compliment I can give WesTech is that there starting point was what was in my best interest. In Lubbock it's so hard to find quality work, or contractors that even show up on time or at all. But Gavin with WesTech was extremely professional and informative. I was dreading getting the final price but was pleasantly surprised by the invoice. Highly recommended!

They came out and inspected the lines for a house purchase. He also assisted my husband in finding the shut off valve. Very helpful!

WesTech plumping went above and beyond in repairing our leaky toilet. They were kind, great communicators, and considerate about cleaning up after themselves.

Great Service. Had an issue with our Air Gap with our Kitchen Sink, and two other minor fixes for the bathroom. They came same day and on time, took care of the fixes quickly. Great service and highly recommend!

Never using again.WATCH OUT! Was up charged to 1 and half hr on when he was done in less than hr. As I needed to go check on family members, I was watching the clock. He sat out in truck almost 20 minutes doing invoice for unstopping sink without any parts. I even went out there to see what was taking so long because I needed to leave. I have used them many yrs on 3 different properties and never had that. Just had them at my mothers and was told they stop clock when they are done! Owner laughed at me when I told him he was overcharging and he would lose all 3 accounts. Maybe it’s a new owner but never had that with them!

Westech got to my house not only on the same day but within 4 hours of me calling them for an appointment. Matt did a great job! He was very polite & even brought my packages into the house when he was leaving. WesTech is a great company with Awesome people!!

First off, let me just say that I will never use WesTech plumbing again. My technician arrived at 1:15 PM and after looking at the brand of back flow regulator that I had he advised that he did not bring that brand with him and that they sent him with a different brand. Had I been called prior to arrival and asked I would’ve told him the brand that I had. Instead, he walked back to his truck at 1:20 PM and called the owner of Reese plumbing who they have an account with to see if they had the back flow regulator brand that I needed. The owner advised that he was not at his store and that he would drive there to check. That took 40 minutes to get a callback to find out that they did have the brand that I needed. That was 40 minutes of the plumber standing around small talking with me while I was paying them to do nothing. After he received the call he then left to go pick up the part and came back one hour later. I knew I was going to be charged for the drive time and I was I expecting that, what I did not expect is that I was going to be up-charged on the part itself. I called Reece plumbing when this incident was over and they advised that without an account, which I told him I did not have, the part was $277.76 with tax. On the invoice I received from WesTech plumbing I was charged $332.50 for the same part. Again since they had an account with that store, they got it cheaper than what I would’ve paid so it was a 16 to 17% up charge on the part on top of drive time that I paid. The technician arrived back at my house at 3:10 PM. It took him 30 minutes to replace the part. At 3:39 PM, according to my security cameras, he returned to his van to start the bill. He had to download pictures from his phone before the bill could be finalized. It took him 20 minutes to download the pictures because he said that they use T-Mobile service and that I did not have good coverage at my residence. I told him they should switch to AT&T because I had good service. He said that he has talked to his boss before about switching to AT&T, but that he said it was too expensive. I was being charged for the 20 minutes that it took him to download the pictures holding his phone to the sky trying to find service. At 3:56 the technician called the office and spoke to the woman who finalized the bill. He spoke to her for multiple minutes telling her what to write on the bill and that he was having so much trouble downloading the photos. At 4:05 PM I made a note that he said on the phone to the woman “yeah I’m done”. He was done at 3:39 PM actually. Never in my life have I been charged for the time it takes to finalize a bill nor have I ever seen a bill take 30 minutes to be finalized. At 4:08 PM the technician walked over to me and said here is my telephone number write it down. I was confused but wrote it down. He then said “because you’re not gonna like this bill”. He advised that because we were over 4 o’clock that it was rounded to the nearest half hour so it went to 4:30 PM. I was charged for 3 1/2 hours of labor when I should have been charged an hour of drive time and 30 minutes of replacement time for an hour and a half of labor. The fact that I had to wait 40 minutes for a phone call from the owner of the plumbing store that they have an account with because my technician said “the employees at this store don’t know what they’re doing so I called the owner“ I paid for that 40 minute wait plus an extra 30 minutes at the end when he was really done at 3:39 PM I was charged to 430 PM and given a 17% up charge on the part that he purchased. Because of all of this I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience and will not be using this company again. I recommend that if you do use this company, make sure that you are in the T-Mobile service area and that you tell them the exact name and brand of the part that you need replaced or fixed.
