I had a water leak in the wall. He came to my house on Sunday morning by 8:30 am to do the job. Very happy with the service and the price was very fair. I immediately liked him and he explained everything. This was my first experience with Flatland Plumbing and he has earned my future business.

Called Flatland off of a google search after hours with an emergency whole home back up, I had never used them before but Will got us on the schedule and was out within 2 hours with text updates letting us know when he would arrive. He scoped the lines and cleared them rather quickly the best he could, unfortunately the problem was from work being performed in the alley and a fiber company puncturing and running fiber through the sewer line. He told us how to proceed next and provided video of the blockage. Prices were reasonable. Staff was friendly and he was prompt.

Will truly cares about his customers and came out promptly when we reached out with a toilet backing up into the shower!

Flatland Plumbing helped me with an after-hours FaceTime call with my kitchen faucet repair. They gave me clear instructions and I could pull up the hose that had retracted when I went to clean out the end of the faucet.
And they would not take any money. Who does that for people in this day and age? What helpful and kind people. A family business. Thank you!!!

This company has done really good work for me in the past. I had another job I was trying to book and the lady that quoted me did not answer the call today but a male did and quoted me triple the amount that was originally said. I couldn't do anything but laugh and hang up because I know someone over there definitely lost their minds.. needless to say I will be using someone else that can keep thier prices the same not depending on who answers the phone.

We called Flatland within minutes of discovering a plumbing issue at our home. They were at our house in 45 minutes, were incredibly quick and efficient, kind and waived the service charge as a courtesy. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing quick and reliable service. Will definitely use them again in the future!

It is sad that there are employees representing companies do not have customer skills that promote confidence and good will. We were happy that the owner provided excellent skills and also recommended and perform a satisfactory solution to our issues. Though we had to do most of the work after their exemployee did nothing. Great service from start to finish. They showed up on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and fixed the problem fast. Fair pricing, friendly crew, and solid work. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

My wife called flatland for washing machine over running. They set up an appt for the next day and didn’t show up. After me calling them they put me through to a technician who didn’t seem to care that they hadn’t showed up for our appt or even call to say they were running behind. The tech did say he could come over and look at our problem so I told him yes please and thank you. He arrived and ran 30’ snake in the drain and then told me it looks like a broken pipe and then charged me $150. He never ran the snake from any other part of the house just the kitchen sink. Needless to say that was 1/2 day wasted and $150 for absolutely nothing.

Update: I called Joe rushing plumbing and they came out immediately and got the pipe unclogged within 10 minutes. They ran a camera to make sure and no broken pipe like flatland said. Flatland said it would be 3800$ to break concrete and fix the pipe.

Martin the technician that came over was very professional really easy going very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner. Definitely recommend

I paid Flatland Plumbing $225 for a sewer scope at one of my properties and, despite repeated messages and follow-up calls, I never received the actual scope results or video that I was promised and paid for—only a basic invoice. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with Will, but the lack of response has been incredibly frustrating.

To make matters worse, it seems there’s now someone in the office named Felisha Acebedo, who is not only unfamiliar with plumbing or the services being billed for, but also rude and dismissive when answering calls—definitely not what you'd expect from a professional business. I’ve given every opportunity to make this right, but at this point I feel taken advantage of.
