Crockett has done plumbing for my family for several years now. Having a plumber that I trust makes my life much easier. Mr. Drum has done a number of jobs for us ranging from the replacement of a gas line to minor plumbing issues and he has never disappointed. His rates are reasonable and his people are good. Do not hesistate to call on this man and his company if you need plumbing or air conditioning work.

Extremely unprofessional staff looking to rip people off.

Called early Monday and asked for technician to come to my grandmother's house to repair a small section of pipe supplying natural gas to the house. He immediately told us sight unseen that they would need to replace the gas line all the way to the alley. The Atmos tech had already been out to turn off gas and told us that he checked all lines from alley to the house and only a small piece just outside the house needed to be removed and replaced. Crockett said they would send someone out that same day. No one came out on Monday. Called again today to inquire and they finally sent someone out late this morning. The Crockett employee inspected the area and told my grandmother that he would return soon. Two hours later we got a call from office saying that their employee had become ill and no one would be returning. That leaves the house without gas for two days because Crockett doesn't have the common courtesy to keep their appointments and they will not accept a job if it is not a major repair.

My advice, call someone else.

Our furnace stopped working during the polar vortex event. He got to the house within a few hours and had it working again in just minutes! I think that his experience and knowledge were why he was so amazingly fast in diagnosing the problem!

We had our water heater burst at our nail salon and Mr. Drum headed over immediately to fix it, the price he gave us was the best quote out of all the others and he was extremely helpful and professional. Will definitely use his services again in the future! - Paint Nail Bar Lubbock

Most trustworthy plumber you will ever meet. This person is an honest and hardworking individual. Work done is done correctly and well. Would use again. Highly recommend.

Mr. Drum has fixed our A/C several times and has always been honest and fair with us. Considering our A/C is very old we have had a number of issues and he has diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly every time. He is trustworthy and his prices are fair unlike a lot of others.

Don't know how to drive, they love to tailgate and almost rearend a van with a baby inside.

Mr Crockett and his two man crew showed up early Friday morning 9/25/20 to locate and repair backyard gas leak.They started 9:00am dug up the ground and cutting both end of metal gas line from the alley meter to the outside wall gas line and inserted and ran underground yellow polyethylene gas liner. Later they took the time to enter my home and removed the old gas shut off valves on gas stove, water heater and heating @ a/c and installed new valves and inspected the attic gas line connectors and exhaust vents. After the repairs was done and gas turn on and hot water heater turn back on I notice my A/C wasn’t blowing cold air (Had nothing to do with gas leak repair) compressor wasn’t kicking on Mr Crocket took the time to trouble shoot the problem and finally had the A/C running again. The repair price I was quoted was reasonable and well worth for the repair they provided.
I highly recommend Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C to anyone out there in Lubbock and surrounding areas. Their professional mannerisms, honesty, professional and knowledgeable work ethic they have provided me that day is above and beyond...Crocket Drum Plumbing Heating A/C was recommened to me by Atmos Energy Technician. Amazing service!!! Needed a pipe capped on Good Friday after business hours and they came out no problem no fuss!! Will definitely use them if I have plumbing issues again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

We had a water pressure issue and Blain quickly found the problem and easily repaired. Secondly, we had a drain problem in one of the bathrooms and he took care of that as well. Great job

Very professional and friend staff. They were extremly busy and performed their service call on day 2 from my initial call. I was not in an emergency situation and surprised with their quick response. They explain the process and gave me an estimate of repairs during their service call.

I had leak in pipe below sink, a leak in kitchen faucet, and a small leak in bathtub faucet. The leak under sink required that he crawl under house to fix it. I opened up hole. He quoted me $350 to do this. He also said if he replaced faucet on sink with his faucet it would be $175. I bought faucet. He then wrote a bill on his phone for $525. I was shocked!! I was speechless. I should not have agree to this but I was so shocked that I did sign the agreement. But this is disgraceful what they charged me for about 2 hours of work. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will do all I can do to let the public know what happened here. Debbie Chaney

Churchwell did an awesome job with our trenchless sewer line repair, and charged less than half what their competitors were charging! Highly recommend churchwell, wont use anyone else.

Outstanding service and very courteous. Steve came out to snake a slow drain for me. He was very cordial & efficient. Very pleased with their service, he was on time, got the job done in a efficient time & stuck around & double checked that the drain was cleared out & he cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Great company & great employee! 👍🏻
