Very pleased with the quick response time to our clogged toilet; worked diligently to zero in on cause. After a part needed couldn’t be obtained until the next day our plumber returned the next morning with the part, resolved the issue, cleaned up and presented the bill which we found a reasonable price.

I had a great service technician, Chad with Earl’s. He checked everything, ordered parts and replaced what was needed, all within a week. He was nice, clean, friendly.

I called Earl’s to see about having a unit checked out on our rental properties, they had Samuel go out and check it. We were very pleased with him coming out and checking out the unit, going through the whole system and finding the problem. Told us what it would run and what we could do, not like others we’ve had before, Just conme and say you need to replace the whole condensing unit, when it’s just the compressor. That’s one thing we have noticed, they tell you what it is and what it takes to fix it, honesty goes a long way

Earl's was able to come the same day. They will give you an estimate, then do the work, if you choose. I think that is a great way to know pretty close what you have to pay. They did a good job and I was very pleased!

I am extremely happy with the service. I called earlier in the morning to request a service to fix a water leaking from the bathroom wall. They came in the same day and fixed the problem right away within the afternoon. Very clear on pricing and no hidden cost.

After discovering the problem, Glenn replaced my icemaker. He had to get the new icemaker and replaced all in the same day. He was very quick and efficient. Work was done Friday afternoon. He checked Monday to make sure it was working.
