I called on a Thursday night and the technician Sabino came out first thing Friday morning and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC. After deciding to get a new AC, Sabino replaced the entire system that same day and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Black Plumbing Heating & Air.

Travis did an amazing job on helping us with our plumbing issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on explaining the process and what to expect. Also, they showed up on site quick! Travis understood the urgency and treated the problem as if it was his own. I’m definitely using Black Plumbing again in the future.

2nd time using Black Plumbing within about a 6-month period (because we seem to have unwittingly angered the trailer park gods) and it's apparent this company only employs the best! Once again they sent someone out quickly and our tech Dan was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly, and did such a great job! This is the only place we call and for good reason. Had,a heater that was not cycling right. However Sabino came right. Fixing the problem in a logical, tradesman manner. Not once ever trying to up sale parts we didn't need.He checked out the whole system top to bottom and installed the correct part. Then made suggestions on operations to save us money in the future. Job Well Done.

I called Monday morning and a repair tech came later that morning. He did an excellent job removing and reinstalling a metal toilet flange. It was an expensive fix a bit more than I expected but otherwise I was satisfied with the work.

We had a outside faucet pipe that broke at 8:00 pm we cut water off to the house and I called black plumbing to leave a message to get in line but a live person answered the phone from answering service, she said she would get message to them when the opened at 8am. Nothing like talking to a real person. By 8:30 am I received a call that a truck would be sent around noon. Canyon arrived at our home at 12noon, he looked over what needed to be done, was able to repair from inside house so do damage to outside of home. He was so professional. He showed us the bad parts that he was replacing. Then he repaired cut out and vacuumed the saw dust, took the bad parts to dispose of. This was not an emergency but they treated as one. Canyon had us fixed up and water turned back on to our home by 2pm. I highly recommend Black Plumbing.

Dan H. showed up around 20 minutes after I called at 6pm on a Saturday for a blocked drain. He was cordial and professional. He cleared the drain in no time. Thank you Dan H. and thank you Black Plumbing for sending such a knowledgeable professional. Would recommend. 10/10

We called Black plumbing to come out to make sure we did not have a leak up our attic and look at an upstairs shower. they gave us a free estimate and came out. They were punctual and showed up on time and were very polite and very thorough

My gas meter was hit by a truck, and after replacing the meter, the gas company had to shut off my gas due to leaks under my house. Being a field manager in the industry I normally would have done the repairs myself, but I recently had open heart surgery and was unable to. I already had an idea of how much it was going to cost and how long it would take. And with my house being close to 100 years old, I knew it was going to be expensive. So I called black plumbing to do the repairs for me. At this point I’d like to give a big shout out to Brian and his helpers. I wish I could remember their names, but there were all very friendly and very professional. They not only did the repairs $800 cheaper and 4 hours faster than I expected, but they also brought my gas line back to modern code. They also pointed out and made repairs to issues I didn’t even know about. So, I for one am very happy with their services and will be calling them again and asking for Brian if I need help with repair in the future
