Worst case of plumbing I have ever seen. Took them forever to fix things and then they still didnt get it right.
I would never recommend them to anyone.

Spent almost $700 and the tub faucet still leaks. The man who came today was belittling ...."do you have a plumbing license?" Will never use this company again.

Now, the bathroom faucet handle came off. They did not even put the faucet handle on correctly. The drain stopper assembly was also not installed properly - It appears to be forced in and I can not take it out for cleaning (Yes, I took off the retaining nut). I would give a negative if I could. Still, very angry about the poor quality of workmanship and how rude the men were.

I've used B&R for about 20 yrs now. Initially I asked for a gas line ran to a hot tub heater in the backyard. Three other companies wouldn't even quote it. B&R did the installation at a reasonable price. I've used them ever since. Reseating toilets, new AC/Heater, replacing leaking gas lines, slab leaks...they've repaired the gamut here. I would highly recommend.

AJ came out in a pinch and got us a quote to replace the heating and air in the house. HE was so friendly and knowledgeable. His team came out the next week and got everything installed so fast and efficiently. The system has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC people!!!

Maggie was extremely friendly as was AJ and his team who came out and installed our new ac/heating unit! They got it done extremely fast and even cleaned and swept up the area where they performed the work. I highly recommend B & R for any ac/heating needs!

Ricky and Roy installed two toilets in our master and guest bathrooms. Even though, the master bath was a 10 inch gauge and located in a tight space, they were able to install a 12 inch elongated toilet perfectly. They were also quick, efficient, and explained the process thoroughly. Highly recommend them for any toilet installation needs.

Greg & Ed were super thorough in diagnosing and finding solutions for our HVAC and plumbing systems. The scheduling was also easy and they were prompt, which was relieving. I would highly recommend Action!

ACTION company has a great crew working for them. I had CODY, CARSON, JOSHIA, JON & JORDON (boss) working on our Job . They let me know what I needed and price before they started. Replaced septic tank, lines & every thing that when with it. Told us updated every day . Did little extra we need done .Would call them all back again if needed. THANKS AGAIN . YOU ARE A GREAT CREW.

Did a great job on labor! They get after it did a lot of work in a short time. Had a minor set back with letting my dog out on accident but they helped me catch him. Which is impressive I have had people basically tell me sorry and just drive off and that made me not give anyone business. But Mario made up for the mistake got my dog quick. I we’ll definitely call them back. It’s a service that is always needed and appreciated. Happy b day to his son. I liked seeing the excitement and Love he has for his one year old. I really liked talking to the guy helping good personality and hard worker keep guys like that in your company. I also enjoyed meeting anther Air Force veteran being a crusty old NCO. It’s always a plus it showed in helping me get my dog. Air Force veterans really do live with core values. Great Job it cost a good amount but the skill and work ethic you get is worth it.

We are extremely satisfied with the work that Adrian Zuniga and Zeus did while servicing our furnace as part of our Action
All-Star membership. They were both kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They answered questions we had about the work they were doing and even made some suggestions about how we could further improve air quality by installing Reme•Halo. In addition, Adrian suggested we have a safety switch installed. This has the potential to save us tons of money should our system flood. 5-Star job all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Greg repaired toilet flang, and installed a new sink for me. Greg was very professional and did a great job. The price was a little high for someone on a fixed income, but I had to get the work done. Action Air Plumbing & Septic have installed a new hot water heater for me as well. John did a great job on that, now I don't have to worry about anything for a while. These guys respond quickly to any issue or follow up questions that I have had. Both John and Greg have provided a great service for me and a great job for Action Air Plumbing & Septic, thank to both of you guys for a job well done.

Adrian and Jayden installed two booster fans in our HVAC runs. They were fantastic and I now have great airflow to two rooms I didn’t before. Reasonable price and would highly recommend.
