Fast and efficient! Greg was awesome and got the job done quick. He was super friendly and made the process easy. Reasonably priced and good communication, we will use them again if any additional issues arise.

Adrian Zuniga and Zeus did an excellent job servicing our heating system. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about their customers. Highly recommend both of them for anyone needing heating service done right!

We were having issues with our heating not working after our thermostat stopped working. I purchased a new thermostat and hired a local handyman to replace it. After he replaced it, it still wasn't working so he told us it was an issue with the furnace. That's when we called Action Air Plumbing. I wish we had gone with them straight away because after their hvac technician, Ed came out he discovered that the issue was caused by the handyman replacing the thermostat wires incorrectly.

Ed was likeable and very professional. He told us about their membership scheme, with the cost of the work he did that day included in the cost, along with preventative care. While he was there, Ed checked our furnace and outside hvac unit and gave us advice on how to take care of them. He also explained the dangers of the type of wood burning gas fire we use in our living and explained the importance of getting a second carbon monoxide alarm, which we have now done. You could say, Ed was an EDucation. 5 stars all the way.

John was very courteous and professional while installing our water heater. Really enjoyed how he explained the installation and the process of of the new water heater I was purchasing. I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently he did the work. I would highly recommend Action heating and air company to anyone.

Jose was very courteous, friendly knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed the issue efficiently! Just an all around good guy! Thanks for getting us back to normal!

These guys are great! Been waiting on service from another company for 4+ months. Called Action and they were out and completed service in less than 6 hours! Ryan Aguilar was very helpful, knowledgeable, did a great job and corrected some issues from previous company’s install! Highly recommend!

Overall service is good, it was extremely cold and still fixed 1 leak, after turning water back on discovered 3 more leaks, called me with a quote for other leaks I decided to wait til the weather warmed up some so he capped off other leaks. The price seems a little high to me but other then that the only other issue I had was that the tech left his suit and gloves on the ground next to where he was working for me to dispose of.

I have had MAJOR problems with another plumbing company. My experience with John Ramirez was informative and thorough. He was able to find the problem and fix it in less than 30 minutes, saving me $750 that the other company was going to charge. I am a customer until I leave Lubbock!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink and a faucet that needed replacing. In all honestly, I called Action Air b/c they were at the top of my screen. It turns out to be the best accidental blessing. They sent Donnie, who is knowledgeable, was able to diagnose the different issues, including some fixes that needed fixing, let me know various pricing options, and was very personable besides. I'll call them again, though I hope not too soon. I highly recommend this local company that employs some 30 Lubbockites.

Donnie and Eric were great! They explained as they did the job. Our problems were cleared up and I cant express how wonderful these two doing the work are. I truly appreciate the time, care and effort put into this job. Kudos to this company!! And to Donnie and Eric who put in the work. 👏👏

I am a US Marine and 2003 Iraq war veteran. Today I experienced the best customer service in a long time. After calling their office, Adrian Zuniga was sent to my home to inspect the HVAC system and help me figure out why the furthest bedroom from the system had very little air flow. Adrian was respectful of my property by placing shoe covers when entering. He did a great job at explaining the steps of his inspection and investigation findings which left me with no questions. Thats what I like. Good guy.

Pricey for us but not for some however I don't doubt that this young man repaired our issues which the last plumbers failed miserably to do. Communication was straight forward and clear. He fixed a leak and corrected the last plumbers terrible job. AND we got same day service which probably saved us money due to the leak.

Adrian, Brandon and John are top notch and we could not be happier with the service they provided. Thank you for always providing exceptional service and great honest communication when we need you! God bless you!

John and Zeus came to fix a leak under my house...turned into three leaks. My husband had just been placed on hospice the night before. The leaks are fixed and fixed quickly. My greatest compliments were their professionalism and compassion. Bless their hearts they did their work with a houseful of family and my husband dying. That could not have been easy for them and they handled it beautifully. They were so very sweet. Their mother's raised them well. Highly recommended.

We had a few issues after our roof was repaired. Our water heater cut out twice in two weeks and shortly after that, one of our heaters wasn’t working.
First the water heater. They came out and fixed it and were able to identify the problem quickly. Our roofing company had allowed a significant amount of debris down the pipe and it clogged the burners making the water heater shut down. We were up and running in no time. We were charged nothing.
As members of the maintenance program who had also purchased a water heater, they just took care of us even though it wasn’t their issue.
A week later one of our heaters just wasn’t heating. Adrian Zuniga and Juan C. came out at 8:30 am as promised and were here ALL DAY. They finished about 5:30 pm after having to go pick up parts twice. The furnace vent had been moved by the roofer but we also had a bad part.

In both instances we were a little frustrated with something you count on to work every day.
But in both instances they listened to what we told them had happened, checked out the units and explained the problem. We were taken care of by knowledgeable professionals who were very kind and we came to trust them just like every other person we’ve met at Action. They communicate with you and keep you filled in on what’s going on. They CARE about making sure you are taken care of and that the job is done right. I have owned my own business, I know that customer service is critical.
*** I wish that I could review them every time I’ve used them but Google doesn’t allow that. If you don’t want to worry about if a job was done right, call them.

First time using Action Air Plumbing and Septic. Couldn’t be happier with the work. Woke up to a water leak in the ceiling. Broken pipe. They came in. Found the problem and fixed it right away. Very professional. Covered shoes every time the entered the house. Cleaned up all the mess! Brandon was awesome! Will use this Company from now on.

Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable! As a first time home owner, I had no idea where to start and Ed took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. He helped me with what filters would be best for my HVAC system and kept me updated with anything that he found! I am extremely grateful!

We had problems with our heating. Action Air & Plumbing came out and took care of it in a timely matter. Our technicians Adrian and Juan were amazing. They were respectful and explained to us what they were doing. They went above and beyond to fix and answer our concerns.

They came quickly on the day after Christmas. Jose and Nate were so professional and personable. Our toilet backed up and into the tub. They fixed the problem and even cleaned out the tub before leaving! Very reasonable charge, too. No complaints only high recommendations.

Mr. Flores was very helpful and got our water heater replaced in good time, and left the area cleaner than when he started. He gave us upkeep advice on how to maintain the heater against the hard water environment and was courteous and professional.
