My heater decided to stop working on one of the coldest days during a winter snow storm. My home was freezing!!! I didn’t anticipate anyone being able to come the same day, as the roads were really bad with snow and ice, but I called to see if they could get me on the schedule for when the roads cleared up some. However, they sent someone the same day so my family didn’t have to suffer in a freezing house for the remainder days that the temp was in the single digits. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

Tune up for our mini split and condenser was smooth, and the pricing was communicated with us upfront. We were happy with the pricing finding it fair and reasonable. The service tech was both courteous and respectful with our time. Would recommend!

Dan was so nice and knowledgeable and it showed that he had a lot of experince! I will definitely use y'all again and refer yall! I was so happy with him.

Dan and Will did an amazing job installing a bathtub for us! They were highly intelligent and clearly expert plumbers! They were so easy to schedule and work with- so polite! They listened carefully to what we wanted to accomplish and got it done! We will definitely be using Black Plumbing again!

On the worse days to have your plumbing back up, it had to be on Thanksgiving for us. Zach came in and did a wonderful job and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. He got our plumbing flowing again like it should be and we were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving with family. Thank you Zach and Black Plumbing for coming to our rescue! We are very grateful on this day!

Also like how they are thinking not to damage our house and trying to find other solutions but still fix the leaking issue. Some other company was ready to break the concrete in our bath tile and floor but they suggested couple of other option. Love how they think customer’s house just like their own house.

I called this company at 3pm, after waiting all day for a competitor that kept pushing my service call out- They showed up and fixed a HUGE issue that needed fixing. Dan and his team did great and they were hard working, professional, and got the job done.

We had a leak during the cold weather and we called them. They fit us in and did a wonderful job. Everything was explained about what they were going to do. We were shown the piece of pipe that busted. They were professional and did a wonderful job on the repairs. Will definitely be using them again.

During this winter storm my heater went out I called them and they came out! David was very helpful. My drain had frozen up and when the drain box filled it would shut off my system, he should use what to do until it thaws. And what to look for when it thaws out and what to do next time to prepare. Tristen from Black Plumbing came to examine our water heater which had stopped working. Quite pleased with his recommendation and have ordered a new unit to be installed. While he was here he also took care of 3 other minor problems including a toilet that kept running, a leak faucet, and other faucet problem. He and his assistant, Brandon were courteous, professional, and very efficient. We were very pleased with his knowledge and ability to fix everything!

This was my first experience with Black Plumbing, I have put them in my phone as my favorite go to Co. I was so impressed with their response. The plumber arrived promptly, Travis was so knowledgeable. He explained everything & totally resolved my issue . I am so grateful to Travis..call Black Plumbing they are great.

Sewer Line Assessment October 2025:
Black Plumbing assessed the sewer line at my house out to alley, providing pictures also. I had tree roots in the line and the line was collapsing in the yard. The original line was over 60 years old, made of a mixture of a petroleum/tar-like substance mixed with wood chips, pebbles, etc. Dan completed the sewer assessment and explained everything to me in detail, which was very helpful!

Replacement of line from house to alley, November 2025: they took care of it all, including notifying utility, meeting inspector, finishing the project, and cleaning up the yard.

Had a small issue I needed addressed in a hurry on a weekend of course. The tech came out and fixed it quickly and easily. They were running a special weekend rate at the time which I won’t disclose here that made it a good value for me. But I will say, of the 15 calls I made that Saturday, only 2 called back same day and they were the first. That’s something I really appreciated.

Called Black Plumbing because during our house warming party, my son clogged our toilet! They sent someone ASAP in about 40 minutes the issue was taken care of. Super quick! The price was pretty reasonable.

Oh, my goodness, I called B & R Plumbing & Mechanical to service my A/C, check a leak on my disposal, and drain my hot water heater, I am so pleased to highly recommend this company!!!
