We were notified of a gas leak in our backyard while we were out of town. Earl’s verified which gas line the leak was on and that our house was safe until we got back. I had them do some work on the gas line within the house as well as replaced the line that supplies our house. Great work. Very prompt. Very professional.

My heater was not heating and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. Nathan Colwell was my technician and he and the other gentleman were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Luckily, my board was under warranty and they had the part in stock and were able to pick it up and install it so I had heat that evening! I am so thankful for them! I mentioned to Nathan that he was a very good teacher. I could hear that he was training the other fellow. I could hear how he explained each step, but let him do it. I was very impressed by both of them. Employers need people like Nathan to help grow their teams and share their expertise. He is a great asset to your organization. I would highly recommend Earl’s Plumbing to others and I hope they get Nathan!

I recently had to call in a plumbing service to install a sink. I was a bit nervous about the cost and the hassle, but I have to say, my experience was really good. The technician was friendly and explained everything clearly. After checking the problem, he gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. I was very impressed with how efficiently he worked. He even explained how he fixed it. Now the faucet and sink work perfectly, and I am so relieved. Overall, I was very happy with the service. It was easy to book the appointment, the staff was polite, and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend them if you’re dealing with plumbing issues!

The person answering the phone was professional, friendly and helpful...great experience. The text I received when the technician was heading my way was outstanding! It had has name, photo, qualifications, years with Earl's, a bit about his family and his interests. Really great. He arrived dressed professionally and with a friendly handshake. He solved the issue and the billing process was super easy and I had an email with the receipt instantly. He did a great job warning me of the fee for credit card use and offered the option of debit card or check to avoid it. Great experience...I'll be using Earl's again.

Have used this plumbing service twice. Both times they were very timely and the gentleman both times were professional, very kind and personable. The problems were solved within a timely manner, and no messes were left ! Not having much experience what Plumbing prices first several years, I thought the cost was a little high but After discussing it with my husband he confirmed each invoice was pretty comfortable to most places. We will use Earls Plunbing again because the service was done with great quality and the customer service was great!

Zack was great! He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he fixed it. He worked efficiently, was respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Excellent service overall—I would definitely recommend Earl’s Plumbing and especially Zack.

02/02/26 Refrigerator Repair: Chad arrived promptly at the scheduled time and found the issue quickly. Repairs and cleanup were made and he finished up the job with me being a very happy customer. Chad and Earl’s are great to do business with!

Pumped out septic tank and found something that needs repair.they are always very forthcoming and on time.very satisfied with their service and pricing.

HVAC tune-up. The appointment was scheduled within 24. Tech was knowledgeable and prompt.

Had a water line break under my house. The guys came out quick and were able to fix the issue.

We had Zach Garcia out to the house to fix a water leak on our RPZ Valve in the alley. He got to play in the mud and got it fixed! Excellent job Zach! Will be calling for Zach when needed.

I had a plumbing emergency that couldn't wait. This was the only place that was able to get someone to my house the same day. They were actually at my house within an hour. Both individuals were friendly, professional and quick to fix the problem. The price was affordable, especially for it being an after hour call. I highly recommend them and will use them again if ever needed.

Saturday of Labor Day weekend and Sabino with Black had our AC fixed within an hour and 15 minutes after I initially called. Sabino was friendly and professional. The price was more than reasonable. They didn't upcharge for coming out to fix our AC on a holiday weekend. I will definitely use Black in the future.

Straight forward, informative, and nice guys. Also had great conversations which made it easier letting new people into your home.
