Action was great. They came right out and were knowledgeable about what needed to happen. The techs were very respectful and polite. Great work and we are very pleased.

Kevin did a great job at our house! Our heater went out last night and came back on earlier today. He still came by and checked everything out for us to make sure we are set for tonight. He cleaned up the system as well! Great work and a good attitude!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE from this company!! From the sweet, friendly gals on the phone to the expertise & efficiency of Nate, the Manager/Tech who came out to our place to help us out. We were afraid that they were going to tell us that we needed a whole unit replacement. However, after looking at everything very closely & carefully, he said, "Nope. Just going to need a new thermostat! Let me see if I have one with me in the truck..."
Which he did!
So he went right to work replacing the thermostat, making sure everything was operating as expected & then explaining to me all of the functions so I would understand. He even went to our other house to look at my Home Gym to see if he had any suggestions about replacing the (very old) system out there. He did a quick once-over, noting that the vents were all installed & it looked ready to have a new system installed. Then he said that, whenever we did decide to do so, that they would come out and give a formal estimate, do all the measuring for placement, etc.
Such a nice guy!

We had an outdoor faucet on our back wall start leaking and it wouldn't stop.
The valve was corroded and we weren't sure what kind it was, so we went online and requested an appointment with Action for the very next day.
The guys arrived well within their time frame and had a new faucet on quickly. They were upfront about all possible costs and types of repairs that might be necessary, and were extremely polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend!

We had to get our HVAC replaced. A bummer, but this company is so great. Prices were fair, the owner answered all of our questions, and they are very honest every step of the way. Every person Ive worked with in the company is so kind and helpful. They didnt try to sell us the most expensive thing or up-sell us on anything. They were so knowledgeable with all of our questions as well. A great company to do business with. They are local too which is always a great thing to support!

Greg took his time diagnosing the issue with our tankless water heater and genuinely cared about figuring out the root of the problem. Once he identified the issue, he repaired it promptly and made sure everything was working correctly. Today I found a leak in our backyard. I called 5 different companies and Action Air was the only one who could see me today and even before Monday. Brandon arrived quickly, immediately suspected the issue, correctly diagnosed, and fixed it! From the time I called to the time he left was maybe 3 hours? 10/10 recommend!

Action plumbing and Ryan Aguilar are simply amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would!. They had the technician to our home within 20 minutes of my calling for assistance. Ryan was very professional and friendly in his demeanor. He diagnosed the issue immediately and found a second leak we had not noticed. The water heater needed replaceing and he went over pricing and payment plans in an easy to understand manor. He had the exact water heater we needed on his truck and was able to call in help and get the new equipment in and had us up and running with the whole process from call in to finish in under 3 hours. Just outstanding!

I called Action Plumbing to schedule service after I was no showed by another well-known plumbing company in Lubbock. I spoke with Jennifer over the phone and from the very start I felt like a lifelong customer. She was very professional and took the time to ask me questions about my plumbing issue. My technician was Josiah and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the actual work performed. He was on time and very attentive to my residence. I appreciated how he took the time to show me my problem and then explained how he fixed the problem. I was also called the next day to ensure the work was still adequate. As former service member I am particular in who I hire for my work. Action plumbing treated me right. They will be my go to company in the future.

Juan fixed my HVAC system and a few other repairs I was unaware that needed fixing! He arrived right on time and quickly fixed all the issues he saw. He carefully explained the issues he was seeing in a way I (who has no knowledge of these kind of things) could understand which made a huge difference in the service. Adrian Z. was so great to walk me through all my options. He actually found mold growing in our HVAC and guided me on what would work best for us. The next day, Juan C & Zeus came out and worked efficiently and walked us through the system. I would recommend this business over and over again and a homeowner and Lubbock Realtor!

Wonderful service and care with my home. The work necessary was extensive, but they carried it out with efficiency and skill. We love dealing with John from Jay Young Plumbing. He's a nice guy that I believe I can trust, and he does great work. We've used them for 2 or 3 jobs now, and I will call them again if we need service.

Excellent customer service. Responding very quick in accessing and fixing the problem with our hot water heater. Had hired 3 other plumbers to find out what was wrong, charged fees without resolving the issue. Would highly recommend this business.

I’ve had my share of bad experiences w service and repair companies. This company, Jay Young, is the company you -want- to call. We have had to call them for several issues with our plumbing and ac unit over the past several years and they have been nothing but professional, courteous, and efficient. They come and just get the job done. As with most people, I am always concerned about billing. Not once, have I ever had even a mild complaint about charges. Their service professionals and the people who answer the phone could not be more genuine and courteous. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends with great confidence.

Tyson showed up four hours earlier than scheduled and was finished by noon. He diagnosed the drain problem, figured out the parts needed, and then did a masterly job putting things together. Of all my home repair issues, plumbing is the least of my concerns, with Travis, Brandon, and Dalton solving every problem. Thanks again!
