Our water heater went out on December 29th in the evening. I put in a request to Angie's and I got a response from JY the next morning (New Year's Eve), and they were at my residence by 10 am, they determined it needed to be replaced, they found the warranty which still had a year on it, and replaced it under warranty in just 2 or 3 hours. While they were there, I asked if they could replace a hose bibb on the side of the house... they could and did, all on New Year's Eve. Reasonable prices, too! I couldn't be happier.

Jay and an assistant came out after a freeze and inspected an abandoned ro/ws loop above ground and moved it below ground. Job inspection was done exrermely timely and the worker came when planned and was on time. The worker sent was profressional, kind, and the manner and cleanliness the work was done including insulating the new lines, which i didnt figure theyd do, was excellent! So above and beyond expectations imho. A bit more pricey than i had hoped (may be normal with what other plumber would have charged, im not an expert in plumbing pricing, so its not a bad thing), but with the service and quality of work, i didnt flinch a bit. I will be using them again in the future for all plumbing needs. Job well done folks.

I can’t say enough good things about Dalton Lewis from Jay Young Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it clearly, and got the job done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

What really stood out was his respect for my home—he worked clean, kept me informed throughout the process, and double-checked everything before leaving to make sure it was perfect. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work!

Additionally, I got to meet Jay personally. The confidence he inspired in me by personally guaranteeing the work his company performs, as well as the importance he emphasized on customer satisfaction, earned my trust, and that is most important to me.

These guys are awesome. I’ve dealt with other plumbers because we have a few properties we deal with. Jay himself is a straight shooter and won’t try to oversell you on stuff. I really appreciated the prompt courteous service these guys provided. Joseph and his team were super awesome replacing our water and sewer lines in our big backyard. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Super awesome and really great people.

Called Tuesday afternoon and was here Wednesday morning! Prompt service! Explained everything. Cordial and polite. Very satisfied!

The person you sent over today was excellent. I'm embarrassed to say I can't recall his name but he thoroughly explained what he was doing and why and then showed me his work at several stages along the way. I'm hoping this fixes the long-standing problem -- am sure what he worked on was at least a part of the problem if not all of it. Thanks for sending him!!

Very untrustworthy dishonest company installed my new AC unit 3 years ago came back last year because it was low on Freon and filled it and said they were going to come check for leak never did so of course this summer it was low again so now they want to charge me $180 because they didn't fix their own mistake that is just really poor service will never call again and definitely will never recommend to anybody

The guys were very polite, efficient and saved me money. I wish my kitchen sink was a little stronger

When my heater when out this last winter Turner and Witt were very helpful to get it back up and running. I don't know what I would have done without them!
