I met Dusty about 12 years ago. Over the years I have had to replace entire HVAC, faucets, water lines and snake lines multiple times (old house). Today is Sunday, Valentine's. We came home and heater was out (7 degrees outside). I called and he was here quickly and got us up and running in minutes. Plumbing Service has always been this way. Prompt, courteous, reasonable and cleans up. There's no one else I would trust/call for any plumbing/HVAC service.

Dusty an his guys have done work for us on my rental unit as well as my chikd hood family home.hes also worked along side the contractor I work for for sevral big comercial an residential projects it is rare to have hvac guys that are professional dont try to make you get a new system if you dont need one. Dusty is that guy if he can fix it he will ans hes straight forward with you about your options. they even clean up their mess when they are done.that is rare on their fields. all around amazing company. I highly recommend them to anyone for hvac or plumbing.

My parents bought a brand new heating and cooling unit from this company a few years ago and started having issues with it shortly after. For two years, the air conditioner does not want to blow cool air therefore the house is not kept cool. There’s not enough circulation and it is causing the pipes on the unit outside to freeze. My parents called them both years prior because the unit is still under warranty and the issue has never been fixed. So imagine how Unsurprised I was when the temperature got to 100° today and the pipes on their AC unit have frozen, causing it not to work again. This is the 3rd year mind you. I would never recommend this company to anybody, for any services. They do not honor their warranty because they do not fix anything when you call them. They like to come out and tell you there’s nothing wrong but clearly there is something wrong because the pipes keep freezing!!!
