Very professional. They helped educate me on what all goes on with hot water heaters. The prices are reasonable. They were prompt and friendly w my animals too..

Initially, I bought a Groupon for my mom's heater and air conditioning to be tuned up. When the guy gets to my mom's, he informed me that her heater was not working, so he couldn't tune it. So, I ask him how much it would be to fix it and he says that it was about 300. I told him to go ahead and fix it, and he said he did. About a month later the heater isn't working, so I call to have them go check it. I was told it was back up and running and that the unit needed to be cleaned. So, I paid about $183 to get him to clean out the unit. I asked him if I needed to get the air conditioner checked and he said he checked it and It was running fine. Two weeks later, I go to my mother's house and it is hot...i turn on the air conditioner and all I hear is homing and there is no air. Call Gibson again, and was told that they did the work they had said they did and that they have pictures to prove it...i asked to see these "pictures" and he proceeded to tell me that he already deleted them. Now, he's telling me it will be about another 300 to fix...so, I'm calling someone else and just going to place this review here so that others can avoid them before spending so much for nothing.

Bill did repairs on the toilets, which I had plumbing problems in October. Bill made 3 trips. Come close to having sewer line replaced but Bill suggested to run a camera to see what's wrong. Leak Tech came out Bill wanted to be here to see what was going on with the sewer line. Sure enough it was damaged in alley.
He knows his job & has great knowledge. Great job Bill.
And thank you Connie for the phone tag we did on this crazy issues with the City.
P.S. City fixed the damaged pipe & still waiting on the reimbursement.

Replaced all hot and cold water pipes. Installed new tankless hot water heater.
Very knowledgeable technicians, very friendly and efficient staff.

I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. Scott helped me with all the details and didn’t pressure me in any way. Joe did a great job on the installation and talked me through operation. He always cleans up after his work. I’m very satisfied.

We've had a couple of issues in the last month with our unit we purchased about 3 years ago, and they have been very quick to fix it. They have always been incredibly quick to respond to our calls, even after hours. Their technicians are always prompt with their appointments, very friendly, and we have never had any issues when it comes to payment. Would definitely recommend!

Joe helped us out to see what was going on with our heating system. He had a phenomenal attitude and explained what was going on thoroughly. He took a look around and made some suggestions on what can be done. He was very informative and represented the company in a professional manner. He set us up with an appointment to get an estimate on some things we were interested in. And he kept in contact with us to confirm date and times.

For our estimates Mr. Scott helped us out. He took a look at our situation and within minutes gave us his professional advice and estimate on what would be needed to achieve the results we wanted. Now if I can convince the misses to stay close to home these holidays, we should be able to get some work done to the house before Xmas. Other than that our experience was awesome, informative and we felt comfortable with all our advice given. Thank you guys.

Gibson came out and gave me a bid on a tankless water heater after I saw the ad on TV. They installed the unit the same day. I have chronic pain and need a long hot shower. My new tankless water heater never runs out of hot water. Very pleased with the professionalism and installation process.

There are reasons why Gibson has been in business since 1957. They take care of their customers. Whether it’s a repair that’s needed or a new system needed as a last resort, I trust them to give me an honest assessment of the situation and the costs involved before work begins. I’ve used them for years and will continue to do so. They’re great people whose goal is to offer the best service available to new customers and seasoned ones as well.

The drain for my washing machine was clogged, I found out the hard way of course. I called Lowery Plumbing and they managed to get someone to my house in just a couple of hours. The clog was difficult to reach, but the plumber tried a few different approaches until he could reach it and cleared it out. He stayed until he and I were convinced the line was clear. I appreciate all the effort he made to ensure the problem was resolved. I couldn't ask for better service.

To the entire Lowery crew who worked at our house, we found these techs to be the most friendly plumbers, HVAC workers that we have ever dealt with. This is our first experience with Lowery and though it was a long process, we felt like everyone did their best to get the process done. We would definitely recommend Lowery to our family and friends and want to give a special shout out to Stephan, Abram, Evan, Mark and those whose names we didn't get. You worked tenaciously to get our gas line repaired and our water heater replaced. Thank you also for the nice chocolates. Thank you all for everything!

Have a service contract for our H/AC and tankless water heater….. the filter was changed on the heating unit, but AC unit wasn’t serviced!
Tankless water heater kept throwing a code and was told it just helped to service it! Filter wasn’t cleaned and continued to throw a code and not heat. Another tech came out last Thursday and when I ask about the filter I was told yes, it had one…. No one bothered to check it….. I myself pulled out the directions to see where the filter was located….it HAS Not been serviced for at least 2 years! Totally Clogged!
Really dissatisfied with the service!
Told tech last Thursday that the AC wasn’t serviced and he took pictures….. haven’t heard back from anyone from the business! It’s been a week today.

Elijah arrived right on time! Very professional and made sure that I was aware of everything that he did. Lowrie’s installed my HVAC system and this was my regularly scheduled maintenance. Very impressed with the company.

Lowery team members were friendly and professional from the time I called until they unclogged my drain. The price was great also.

They were very quick and efficient. The dispatcher was polite and courteous. The Plumber was just as polite and courteous. They solve the problem very quickly. They are always dependable.

Got estimates for several different options for duct cleaning and/or replacement. Stephan was super; thorough, super fast with generating estimates, and very sociable! We will definitely use them for one option now and maybe another later.

Been trying to unstop my toilet for 3 days with no luck. Called one company they quoted me $150. I had always used Lowery in the past so decided to call them up. And within 5 minutes and a $50 bill my bathroom is back to 100%. Thanks!
