I'm very happy with the service they provided. A previous company came out to inspect our unit when we thought it wasn't working. They were quick to tell us our whole AC system needed to be replaced and quoted us for a unit wayyy overpriced. Luckily we called Turner and Witt. They came out, thoroughly inspected the inside and outside units and found NOTHING wrong. Our AC worked fine, it just simply couldn't keep up likely from our poor insulation in the house and it's slightly undersized. They gave us good advice and did not try to sell anything! These are honest folks, reasonably priced and I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you Turner and Witt for your expertise and honest customer service!

I can always trust Turner & Witt for plumbing, hvac needs. They are always prompt to respond and prompt to get out. They are reliable and trustworthy. I have many investment properties and even my own personal property. I know they will get the job done and do it right.

We had a hot water heater go out, so we called Turner & Witt, and they never disappoint. They were out the same day within hours to replace it and it was affordable for what most charge in the area. After they change out our hot water heater I did have a question and called the tech that replaced it, he was so kind to answer my question and even offered to come back and show me. I always will recommend Turner & Witt to family & friends.

I have exclusively used Turner and Witt since summer of 2023 and have been very satisfied. They have serviced my HVAC system, installed new shower mixing valves and faucets, installed new toilets, and other plumbing work for our older home. No job is beneath them, and each of their employees always takes their time to ensure I understand the situation, all of my options, and are very respectful. They show up on time, are professional and respectful. You cannot go wrong with this group! I recommend them to anyone and they are my first call when I need service.

Our AC stopped working today. I called them, and they sent a technician out within 30 minutes. Since our AC is original to the house (build in 1984) I was afraid that we would have to replace it. Luckily, it was a quick, easy, and affordable fix. I highly recommend these guys!

I had an ongoing constant drip in a shower, and had multiple companies look into it. Many could fix the cosmetic issues but not address the main problem that caused continued damage.

When my sink started burping like it just chugged a can of soda, I knew I was in trouble. Turner & Witt Plumbing — part plumber, part magician, part drain psychologist.

They showed up with a toolbox, a smile, and what I can only describe as supernatural plumbing intuition. One look at the clogged mess and he nodded solemnly, like a Jedi sensing a disturbance in the force.

15 minutes later? Sink was draining like it was auditioning for a commercial. I don’t know what kind of sorcery this man used, but I half expected doves to fly out of the pipes.

Fair prices, zero judgment about the science experiment growing in my drain, and left my place cleaner than when he arrived.

If your sink is gurgling like it’s possessed, do yourself a favor and call Turner & Witt Plumbing. Absolute legend.

After a surprise busted pipe and an obscene quote from another plumber, not only did Turner and Witt charge 1/6th of what the other place wanted, they went above and beyond and had my severe busted line repaired in 3 days. Can’t recommend enough.

Called on a Sunday to have a clog fixed. The first time I called they were very sweet and attentive on the phone and said they would have someone out right away. 3 1/2 later I called to inquire about an ETA and a gentleman answered and said “Oh we won’t be able to come out today ma’am”. I said that this was not what the first gentleman had said, and he said “well one technician is out of town, one lives in Levelland and had all of the gear, but can’t do it today.” I asked why they couldn’t call and tell me that this couldn’t be done today, and they said “well the guy you talked to first wanted me to do it, but I’m watching my kid and can’t come.” I said I understand but that I could have been working on getting another company out to fix the problem. He said “I’m not sure ma’am, if you notice I answered the phone and not the other guy, he didn’t tell me that you weren’t notified.” I just really don’t understand the lack of communication? I understand not being able to do the job, but why not say that? I see that there are several 5 start ratings, and that’s promising, and maybe I just had the bad experience, but this company really needs to work on their communication skills. If I could I would have given them zero stars ⭐️

I can't tell you how impressed I am with plumbing service company. Not only did they show up on time they quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it. They had no issues crawling under my 70 year old house to do it either. I use them for all my plumbing and AC problems now.

Dusty and his partner (I did not catch his name unfortunately) where very professional, very friendly and extremely helpful. They fixed my issue quickly, I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Arrived at specified time technicians were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job at a fair price. I would use Plumbing Service Company Inc again and would recommend them if you need service.

All the guys here are great and they're always able to help you quickly, efficiently, and make sure you understand the problems. I never feel hassled or pressured with them and absolutely trust their work. I've only ever used them and will continue to do so. They're my "men of the house" and never mind addressing my list I usually have ready for them when I call them out!
