The plumber that came to unplug my shower drain did a very professional job and gave me some good advice . I was very proud I called Lowery Plumbing because of the friendly nature that we had . I would definitely recommend Lowery's to get the job done . Thank you Dallas 😊

On time. Young man was thorough and asked questions and answered mine. Careful to take care of my property as he checked the heater/ac units and changed vents.

Mike was very nice and efficient. MY heater was not blowing the heat out and to come out on a Sunday he had it working in no time. I give Mike a big 👍.

So disappointed with Lowery plumbing. They did a Kitchen clog for us and 2 weeks later it clogged back up again. Contacted them and was informed that they would have to charge me again for the same job. A job that they did not do correctly in the first place. And the next plumber that came stated he did not have a long enough snake to clean out the drain and would come back but would not charge me but he never came back.
I decided not to waste my time and energy on a company that does not value their customers and provide a decent service.

They charged me a service fee to come out, which I was fine with paying because it was The weekend. They left and said that it was fixed yet three days later I was still having the same issue. I called them and they said that they were going to charge another service fee which was I believe around $70 whenever they didn’t fix the issue originally.

(Edit): I don’t understand how my HVAC system having the exact same issue is somehow the HVAC system’s fault And not your company’s fault don’t bother with the free charge. I went with another company because I wasn’t gonna pay your charge and so it’s already done.

After several months of struggling and family trying to get things done, it was a must to call Lowery! From the lady who answered the phone, to Phillip nothing but professionalism!
Daniel, Isaiah, and Jack were on site early in the morning. Fixed all the sewer line issues . Mom’s sewer problems were eliminated. Professionalism at its best from Mr. Mendoza, Isaiah, and Jack. I do so appreciate y’all’s professionalism and your dedication to making sure my Mother had the very finest service possible with the plumbing at her home. Olton, Texas has been made aware of who to call to get the job done right!

The technician came out to winterize the heater ( new system installed last year). He was very efficient and courteous. Lowery has always given excellent service.

Stephen came out quickly and punctual and addressed our needs to extend our system to a new enclosed patio. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us our options. We couldn’t be happier with their services. Lowery is a great company to work with.

Adrian came on a very cold Sunday morning. He worked tirelessly and was incredibly thorough. I will definitely call Lowery plumbing again because of Adrian (PLUS our problem was fixed)!!

I didn’t like not receiving a call back at 12:15 am, but the young man who came today was awesome! I’m grateful the cost was minimal. It was worth so much to me!

We called Lowery to check an AC system that was not cooling. The technician showed up and informed us that nothing was wrong, and would only charge the service fee. This was very troubling given he never looked at our HVAC units in the attic nor checked our heat exchangers outside the house. Seems as if the technician just wanted to take our money and run. Later we hired Arctic Heating and Cooling to check our system. They were excellent and found the cause of our cooling problem (leaking coil). Given our experience, we recommend Arctic Heating and Cooling, and advise against Lowery.

I’m not one to typically do this, but I do not recommend this company. In fact, I would recommend almost anybody else except these guys. I have a water heater that has a 10 year warranty from them and they won’t honor it because I’m not the homeowner it was issued to. The homeowner it was issued to is now deceased to no way of getting that warranty paperwork. They say they can’t guarantee nobody else has touched it. Did they come to see if any other companies have touched it? No. In addition, I’ve had them lie about clients work, not honor their word, and charge way more than other plumbers. Again, go with anybody else.

Adrian came out on Christmas evening to get up on the roof and run a drain snake as our house was backing up with water and flooding. Had us up and going in no time. Very professional and very nice young man.

Dallas was very professional and took great care with our water heater install. This heater was replaced via warranty because our old unit was only two years old. I appreciate Lowery honoring our warranty without hassle.

I enjoy doing business with these people…the guys were very friendly and fast! This time around it was my heater…they came in! Cleaned what was dirty and left! With the winter storm coming, I can’t afford for my house to be cold! I’m very please with the results and expense…it fits in my budget and I have heat in my house! Thank you very much!!!!

The HVAC techncian was courteous, honest, and he came out to service my heater on a Sunday afternoon within 20 minutes of my initial call to Lowery's. Highly recommended.

Lowery, plumbing and air is very courteous and knowledgeable in their craft. They ask all questions that I had very friendly. I recommend them to anyone.

Very good service, professional and friendly. I called on a Saturday and they got someone to my house the same day and they got my issue solved at a very good price. Highly recommend if your having plumbing issues.
