From start to finish, the communication was clear, the service was excellent, and Landon was both knowledgeable and personable. He went above and beyond by offering thoughtful recommendations and solutions. My dad even mentioned he’s never received that level of service from a plumbing company before. I’m so glad I referred them to Earl’s—it exceeded our expectations!

Issac and Daniel were sent to my house for an electrical issue I was having. Both were very knowledgeable and worked fast and efficiently. Earls is always the company I call rather it be for electrical or plumbing.

One of our ovens went out. Luckily we have the home warranty through Earl’s and they were able to get it fixed up quick.

They were able to come out the day that I called to repair a water leak. The two young men that came were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to locate the leak very quickly and repair the water leak. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after the repair. I was very impressed with Earl‘s plumbing and their personnel. Will definitely use them again.

Such GREAT WORK, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGE AND THEY WORKED WITH ME ..I was dreading this ordeal ..leak under my house months!!!!! Plus HotWater heater gone out ..I did w/0 hot running water quite awhile!!! They were sooo nice and good Carl and his assistant .they showed up early got right to work!!!! This was my first time using Earl's services and I will be using them for any needs in the future. My heat stopped working and of course last night was one of the coldest nights of the year. I put in a request this morning, but it showed first available was 3 days away. However as soon as they opened they got me moved up and had a technician out in 2 hours.

Glenn took his time until he could find what was wrong and tried several things before going to a more costly option. Once he found the problem, he quoted me the cost. He was even kind enough to give me a veterans discount (although I don't think this is standard practice, but it was greatly appreciated.) Service was awesome. Jonathan Cranston and his colleague were professional. They came to look at our clogged drains and tried to unplug them. The condition of the pipes was pretty bad so they recommended another procedure. They showed us a video and everything inside the pipes. We look forward to working with this company again.

Had a slab leak and Trey Mayfield and his team performed flawlessly. They did exactly what they said they would do and repaired all the items that had to be torn out in the process of repiping our whole house. I would not use anyone else. They were simply the best. Thank you Earl’s!

Had a leak under my kitchen sink. Hunter was my technician and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly and very capable. Fixed the leak in about 10 minutes and was on his way. Highly recommend both Hunter and Earl’s

I had a toilet and tub clogged. They sent 2 people one day and they couldn't unclog it. So the following day the sent someone else, and he broke my toilet. He was able to unclog the drain and he replaced my broken toilet with a new one. No charge. All in all, he got the job done.
