I called Earl’s because I had a clogged kitchen sink that caused my kitchen to flood and and causing the water to back up near my hot water heater in the hallway and flood the hallway as well. My technician CJ Arevalo was amazing and got the job done fast, and he explained every step and also educated me on what not to put down my garbage disposal. I’m happy to say that Earl’s plumbing found a lifelong customer, and I will definitely be recommending this business to anyone. I know that needs a plumber. Thank you CJ Arevalo for being a blessing to our family and getting our plumbing back on track in time for the holidays. 🙏🏾

My number one choice is always Earls Plumbing. They always do an outstanding job, but it really sticks out for me is that they don’t talk down to me being a woman and they don’t want to just speak to my husband. They treat me like an equal. Mark was very efficient, tidy and knowledgeable. Friendly too. He figured out what we needed for the shower and went and got parts.

Alejandro came to rescue! Had a girls party n you guessed it, system plug. I had them use camera to check entire system and properly install a wobbly toilet. Camera showed why issue happened, pipe shifted n roots were getting in. Gave me options, cleared system fix for now or fix fix all, pipe shift too. It was my choice not pushy! I didn't fix pipe shift yet but will, like they explained once roots find water... They showed up on time. Sent me pic of who was coming. Very professional!

I have no need to call anyone else. Moved into a new house and dealt with a few issues for 3 years. One call to Earl’s and all fixed in two hours. 100% satisfied. The most honest, fair pricing you’ll find. For less than $400 they replaced an undersized pex line in the attic, replaced undersized pex elbows in a u-bend with appropriately sized cooper elbows and bridge, cut a seized water hose off the spigot, and replaced an under-sink u-bend trap. Courteous, knowledgeable plumbers that listened to what I had already figured out, did their thing, and got it done. They send you a photo of who’s coming to your door and when they’re coming so there’s no question about safety. Beyond professional. Zach and Jeremiah were great!

Steve, w/ Advanced Plumbing, performed a miracle in my master bthrm.! I now have a functional toilet, water coming out of the shower head (instead of just the tub faucet) & an operational stopper/drain in the sink! (No more open drain that used to swallow prized small objects that happened to fall into the sink & repel down that hole). He spent quite a few hrs. @ my home until the job was complete!

BTAC did an excellent for me. Frank explained what they were doing and stayed to make sure the drain was working. Great service! I would definitely use you again and really appreciated Frank.

I found that my water heater was leaking on Friday night about 7:00 pm. I called BTAC, and Jeremy, the on call plumber, called me back and headed to my house as soon as he finished the call he was on. He was so kind and professional and replaced my water heater right away, making sure I was up and running before he left. He did a great job and even cleaned up after himself. I was so grateful.

We discovered our hot water heater was leaking over the weekend and called the after hour number. We received a call before 9:30am on Monday asking about our problem. Shane and Frank were at our house Tuesday morning and had a new hot water heater installed and left our garage neat and clean before 11:00am. I cannot say enough about the experience. We were treated professionally, courteously and will continue to use BTAC for any and all plumbing heating and air conditioning issues in the future. Just wow!!! I work at the hospital and they came out and did a free evaluation of my AC unit, inside and out. We had been told before by other companies that the whole unit needed replacing but a great technician from Bruce Thornton AC told us we just needed to replace the capacitor! $130 instead of 5k! So worth having them out here to take a look. The technician also rewired something in my AC unit inside (sorry I don’t know technical words for AC units lol) that makes it turn on faster (a couple seconds versus a few minutes). I was very grateful for the very professional service I received, both on the phone with the lady who I made my appointment with, and the technician who really saved me a buck! They didn’t try to up sell me on something I didn’t need, they just let me know what I needed to keep my AC running. I highly recommend using them for your AC needs especially with summer coming up!

Called in and had someone out in less than 24 hrs. Nate looked at everything with excruciating detail and gave is a full report. The house is nice and cool now and we are looking forward to upgrading our unit with BTAC in the near future. Highly recommended.

My A/C wasn't cooling like it should and the unit wouldn't cycle. I have used BTAC for several years now and would highly recommend them They have done both A/C and Plumbing for me. It has been a headache from the first phone call and misinformation from the beginning. Then they tell
You something and call you back the day of service with completely different info then what you were given t o begin with and hey redial to correct the issue without you being the one held liable or paying for their SCREW UP!!!! This is a horrible company I would not recommend them at all and this was my first service and will never use again. However Mike is awesome!

Jesse and Kaylon and his crew were awesome. They made sure everything was done correctly and patiently made sure the equipment worked. They were also very respectful.

Customer service was very fast, and low cost even when ordering parts. Techs are very nice and knowledgeable about issues. We have used them in the past and consistently get taken care of. Ranges within our budget and time frame every time!

The technician that we had on this call was great. He made sure to explain everything very well n made sure i understood all of it. He also gave us tips on how to keep up the maintenance on our equipment so that it would run properly n efficient. We use BTAC for all our service calls.
