We had a great experience with Bruce Thornton AC. Luis was an amazing technician, and took care of everything promptly. He even came back the next day and took care of another little issue for no extra charge. I would recommend this company to anyone having AC issues in the Lubbock area!

We had gotten 5 estimates to replace our AC and Michael at BTAC came out the cheapest! They got us scheduled within a few days to replace it and not only that Jesse and Kaylon were amazing and got it installed quickly!

I appreciated their detailed record keeping, which helped in determining warranty information. They promptly responded to the issue I was having and quickly made the repairs. Customer service and satisfaction are definitely a priority with them.

Great Customer Service from start to finish. From getting pre approved by Brian which he was great and helpful in making the process smooth he took care of me throughout. Then on the day of installation showed up 20 minutes early which was a plus. The gentleman that did the installation were fantastic and knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly. Ivan, Michael, Esai, and Gabriel were great. Ivan was awesome he worked very hard and got the job done. They were all great thanks for everything! I highly recommend them!

Had a service call in Post, TX at Allsups. Tony came out quickly and efficiently. And he was very respectful and did an excellent job. I will definitely be calling BTAC for all my residential plumbing and A/C needs. I recommend anyone in Post to give them a call.

Josh, David and the technicians have all been so helpful, timely and thorough with each and every job they have done for us. Josh and David will come by the restaurant just to follow up with any work that has been done, or even just to say hi! Their customer service is above and beyond. Their technicians do such an amazing job that I have even discussed getting them to do some major work on my own home. Thank you to Josh, David and their team for all you do!
Had to add a side note: A huge shout out to Adam and Jerry on all their hard work and taking care of our restaurant. Adam & Jerry have been here each and everytime we have needed them. They troubleshoot problems, get parts ordered and get issues fixed quickly and accurately.

BTAC does a great job. They are always so courteous on the phone, timely with appointments and Jeremy is the nicest technician ever.

BTAC took me on as a customer and took care of me and only a few days. They did what they said they would do and did a good job. Jeremy was the technician they sent and he was a very professional The whole time and didn’t spend any extra time doing what he had to do. I was very happy with my experience with BTAC.

I’m never surprised when any Bruce Thorton employee. These guys care bout what they do and how they do it. Today Joe Benitez met me at the counter and was ready to help. What’s remarkable was he left his office to help me and he’s an office guy. He repaired my a/c and took care of me like kin folk. Joe didn’t have to help,, he has guys to do that for him yet my concern became his concern.
I’ve not seen service like this often but when I call BTAC I’ve come to expect it for no other reason than it’s just in their DNA. Professionals lending a hand in a more than friendly way like family. Thank you Joe… a Professional and now a friend. God bless this Company. They’ve never let me down

Jeremy came out to check on our AC. Turned out to be a water pan trigger issue. He was very informative and walked me through what he was doing and why. And now I know what to look out for. BTAC is lucky to have him.

Matt H and Mark B were both extremely helpful in replacing my daughter’s split HVAC unit. She depends on remote access and this new one even empowers her with voice control to operate her unit and make environmental adjustments. Don't take the little things for granted, because you might not have them someday.

Jeremy at BTAC was amazing! Our AC started blowing warm air at 9:30pm on a Tuesday and he was here within 15 minutes and had our unit up and running 10 minutes later. We will definitely be using BTAC for any future needs.

I’d like to share some feedback about Jeff Davis. I’m incredibly grateful that he came out to evaluate the plumbing system in my home. He’s one of the most honest technicians I’ve encountered in Lubbock, and I truly appreciate his integrity. I recommend him to any plumbing work.

Leaktek Replaced my drain pipes from cleanout tee to city main line about 50'. The two arrived exactly as scheduled. Employees were professional, friendly, skilled, fast and thorough. Office personnel same as workers willing to go the extra mile din resolving any issue i had. Can't say enough good about this company. Excellent service, oh yes the two Technicians who did the repair work went far beyond any plumber would have gone. thank you Leaktek for a job well done.
