Leak-Tek came out and did a slab leak for me- they did an awesome job and I will be using them again!

Ignore the few bad reviews. These guys were absolutely amazing. Saved the day. Cheapest in town, friendliest I spoke with in town, and the most accessible. Ill definitely be using exclusively this company for my plumbing from now on.

My employers bathroom at our office had a water leak and Leak Tek showed up the day I called to diagnose the issue. Came back the next day to make repairs.

I have been a week without hot water. They work a little bit more and then leave. I still have a water leak. My water and electric bill will be as much as he's charging. I would not recommend them for anything. I refuse to pay what he's charging.

Bad Service. Water Meter continues to register water "usage" after everything is turned off in the house. James at Leak-Tek couldn't locate so he said that the city meter was probably defective. I had the the city replace the meter and it is still showing "usage". Call James at Leak-Tek to come and finish the job and he has avoided the job. I SHOULDN'T HAVE PAID HIM UNTIL HE FOUND THE LEAK...I will never use that company again!

Unprofessional. I took off work to have them come back to confirm a leak that I paid $165 and it turns out wasnt underground. Called him to see where he was and he said he was at home. James Alonzo doesnt know what collapsed pipe looks like in a camera. Dont use them because rather than be a man and say he was wrong, he punked out and said I was an idiot for breaking a slab on his recommendation (despite giving me a bid to do the exact same job). This is going to the board of plumbers and the better business bureau.

So grateful to James and the Leak -Tek Staff. Friendly, prompt, & knowledgeable. James explained the entire collapsed sewer process from start to finish, so we knew what to expect. Everything turned out great and works like a charm!! Leak-Tek - you did good!!!

It's been said, "the human mind attaches to the negative 20 times easier than the positive." This is why it's so important to me to consciously give praise, where praise is due. I cannot speak more toward the quality and professionalism render by James Alonzo and staff at Leak-Tek Plumbing. My hot water went out during the cold weather, and I was close to a panic, since it was just me and my little one. Leak-Tek was referred to me via word-of-mouth, and I definitely believe them to be a God-send. James was very professional, from start to finish. He was very respectful of my time and crisis. He was able to replace a part on my hot water heater, allowing me time to save up for, what appears to be inevitable, getting a new water heater. I will be using James to replace my hot water heater in the future, when the times come. In the mean time, I pray God blesses him and his business! Keep up the great work, Leak-Tek!!!

Leak- Tek has been taking care of me in timely and efficient manner. All of my renters have always reported back on how nice and clean they are when they show up and leave!

Leak-Tek is the best company I have ever used for plumbing and A/C issues. They have promptly answered any call no matter how big or small. I have called them multiple times from a single leaky faucet, a noisy toilet to to a major air conditioning problem. I highly recommend them. Jennifer T

Leak-Tek saved the day! They came to my home when EVERYONE else was booked up around the holidays. James and Eli came as soon as they could. It was a quick, easy fix and they didn’t even charge me. Honest company. Really appreciate Leak-Tek and will use them again.

Leak Tek is extremely unprofessional with no customer service. In May of 2024, my parents used Leak Tek, with James. They had a leak from the water heater. James “replaced” a recirculating pump and charged over $1,300.00. We have learned since then that this was an excessive cost, more than other companies charge. They still did not have hot water and continued to manage while James said they needed a new hot water heater. The Rheem Hot water heater they had was only 4 years old and should have 2 more years warranty. James said he would call Home Depot and try to get another one as they could look it up under the address. He said he would call Monday morning and check it out. He also said a part on our shower needed to be repaired and he would turn in an order for that for Monday. He didn't call back so my parents called him and he said Home Depot did not have the address on file and could not replace the water heater. Which, we found out later was not true. He never addressed the shower problem. He installed an American Standard water heater and said it would be about $14,000.00 and said there would be hot water in an hour. When they continued to not have hot water, my husband went over and saw the pump was not plugged in. Also, the new water heater was a 40 gallon instead of 50 gallon that James had removed and he did not tell us he was putting in a smaller water heater. James flat out called my mother a liar. He kept saying “No way” and that there was hot water all over the house and he was a plumber for over 30 years and knew what he was doing. When there was no other choice but to call another company out, they immediately saw that plastic was used all over the water heater and we were told it was a serious code violation and could be a fire hazard. Also, they noted the recirculating pump had not been plugged in and not connected to water heater, preventing us from having hot water, even though James tried to say my mother lied about not having hot water. They pulled out the American Standard water heater and it appears it was used as it had lots of debris on top and certainly did not appear to have come out of a new box. In addition, it was almost a year old. In my opinion, James with Leak Tek does not need to be in business. He is hot tempered and called multiple times with threats. He was extremely rude and threatened to put a lean on the house. Including the fact that he called over and over harassing my mother. James and Leak Tek are not trustworthy and did a botched job. This is being reported to the board and BBB.

Laughable professionalism. Took 5 years to address my valid concerns on the google review. Commenting on all of these reviews that "yeah, we did a poor job" without offers to make it right just show how little they care to actually provide quality service to their customers.

Yes, I'll continue to share how poor a job was done because I was threatened by the owner and was scammed out of $$$ and nothing was ever done to make up for that.

We have had plumbing issues, and have had several local plumbers some by to give us an estimate or a solution. Some gave us only 1 option drop 30k for a fix, but didnt offer financing. Good thing we past, we decided to give Leak-Tek a call. Very glad we did, not only did they give us options but got us back to a working household. They came and started work next day and was fixed the next day, looking for an honest company with dedication to the customer, you have it here. yes some reviews are low not sure how because our experience has been great so far. Will definitely use Leak-Tek for any of our plumbing needs. Those other guys will tell you, you get what you pay for, or we have high quality work. Dont get me wrong that could be the case, but at 20k ... not your local neighborhood plumber. These guys are local, hometown, down to earth very respectful and will talk to you and treat you as a neighbor, not a number.

I called Leak-tek out about 6 months ago to fix my sewer line and to correct my kitchen sink plumbing. A 1 week job turned into a 1 month job. The employees rarely showed up on time and sometimes didn't show up at all. The owner came out to fix my sink after it kept leaking from where they repaired it. I finally had to call out another company to do the sink repair. The workers were very nice and did what they could, but ultimately, they could only do what the boss allowed and gave them time to do. They had terrible communication skills as far as letting us know when they were going to show up also.

Fast and great quality work. Our main underground water-line (runs from the meter to our house) blew apart overnight. They were on site the next day and identified the location of the leak under our concrete. They began digging that afternoon and had our water restored by the end of day 2. They had the hole re-filled and covered with fresh concrete by the morning of day 4. Outstanding service! Highly recommended.
