Reviews of local pros in Lubbock, Texas

Blake and Heagan were very professional and compassionate. They made me feel very confident that they would take care of everything. I really appreciated how quickly the came and how efficient they were getting the job done. I would highly recommend them both!! Thank you again guys!!❤️

This was the fastest and most affordable service I have ever dealt with in Lubbock! They even went above and beyond to help us move furniture and not overcharge for their efforts!
Thank you for basically saving me from seasonal allergies and pet dander issues in this, all out, professional business model!

Hands Down Carpet Tech is truly the Best Carpet Cleaning company in the West Texas. I had a huge pink stain in my daughter's room and hired another carpet cleaning company, they could not get the stain out and was very upset with the work done zero communication on their end . I knew i should have hired carpet tech but went a different route truly my mistake. My technician Dayton was very honest with me and made sure i knew that getting the stain out might not be possible. He called me in a matter of 5 min and said they got it out. I'm so happy with my overall experience and will always recommend Carpet and never make the mistake and hire someone else again.

Adam Guerra with Bug Tech did an excellent job! Arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and helpful. He was quick and efficient. Great coverage of all the important areas. Thanks Adam for a job well done.

Jackson and his crew did an excellent job bringing our ceramic tile to life! We recommend this service and Jackson without reservation.

Carpet Tech has always been my go to for carpet cleaning. Three dogs and a boy you know I use them A LOT. Today I called and asked if they did same day cleanings. I usually plan and have one scheduled, but today I needed it done today. They sure did show up at the end of the day, not annoyed that they had one more job and just like every other time not only cleaned and removed all the stains, they did so in such a professional & kind manner. 100% would use them no matter what! The picture does not do them justice. If only I had a before picture, but to embarrassed to take that😳

Excellent!! My husband and I could not be happier! Everyone we talked to was so kind and personable! We are working on a farm house that has not been lived in for 31/2 years. Justin, whom came out to look at the floors that had carpet and glued on carpet padding on it found unfinished hardwood floors. Carpet Tech completely removed the padding, glue, and did the hardwood floors! I’m sharing the finished photos! Unbelievable!!!

I’ve had the worst experience with this contractor. The worst costumer service. They never give any updates on when your materials will be ready. They will give you a time an appointment and never show up or they will show up late with no update. I contracted this company when my home was hit by a storm last year and til this day my repairs have not been completed and now I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone for the past 2-3 months.

The were prompt and courteous. Will recommend.
