They have also been more than accommodating with any last-minute cleaning needs that may arise.

Very nice and professional. Arrived earlier than scheduled wish was great and got right to work. Got my carpet cleaned

Juan and Josh were great with communication, professionalism, and service.

"I am writing to commend the technician (Juan) who performed my recent bugout inspection. He was not only professional and efficient but also took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions. His attention to detail and polite demeanor were truly appreciated." I look forward to have him do all my future home inspections, he was 100% perfectionist! Impressive!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company’s customer service and reliability is AWEFUL. WORST I’ve experienced, EVER. Ever since they’ve been bought out by Rentokil, who has literally zero presence in Lubbock, their reliability has been TERRIBLE. 2 whole home inspections scheduled and no-showed (after taking off work and arranging my whole day for them), and the difficulty when it comes to scheduling inside service is ridiculous. The out of state company takes my phone call, “sends a message” to the people in Lubbock to “request service” and/or “get back to me”, all the while NO ONE GETS BACK TO ME and NO ONE SHOWS UP. I literally have a bug problem that I’m PAYING THEM TO FIX, but they WON’T SHOW UP TO FIX IT. And worse, I have no recourse and no one to actually speak to here in Lubbock to address the problem. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

Zachary did an amazing job and his boss is amazing thank you so much for coming out

Professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Juan and Zach have serviced our property with outstanding results. Highly recommend

Juan Briceno is a top notch technician. Very professional and did exactly what was needed for this job. No pest for over a year. Would highly recommend again.

Always a professional visit! Juan was punctional and answered all my questions while making sure my home was treated properly! Thanks again Bugout.

My Bug Out service technician was very professional and thorough. Even when I asked if he could spray on some brown ant hills along the sidewalk, he was quick to act on that.

Technician was on time and friendly, made sure to spray all areas requested, provided instructions for pets and contact with chemicals. Will definitely be using for future applications.

Super respectful and kind. Did a great job getting all the spiderwebs off the eves of the house too. Highly recommend!

Our technician Juan has been very helpful during our service. In the past, we’ve had some issues with the organization, but Juan has been very thorough and takes time to address any questions or concerns that we have.

Brandon Trevino is my service technician and he is equal parts professional, knowledgeable, and effective. I appreciate the service that he provided very much!
