I had an excellent experience with Juan Briceno, Technician of Bug Out. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his work. Juan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure the job was done right. His friendly attitude and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the service. I truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend him and Bug Out to anyone in need of reliable pest control

Zach from Bug Out is amazing! He has made this anxious postpartum mom feel so relieved. When I was in my “nesting” phase, I started finding spiders in my daughter’s future nursery and a ton of ant beds outside. He came over immediately and was so patient! I haven’t seen a single bug in the house in a month and our ant beds outside are close to gone. Thank you again Zach!

Juan and Jordan were professional and friendly. They asked about any trouble spots and did a thorough job spraying inside and out. I recommend Bug Out to anyone looking for a good exterminator.

Interior pest control
Lawn pest control
Terrific customer service! I appreciate the attention to detail he provided and the explanations of what to expect from his service. Thank you!

On the survey, there is not a choice for interior pest control. I received both interior and lawn pest control today.
Also, on this survey, there is a question regarding how much I paid today. The question is irrelevant to the customers who are on auto-draft.
Thank you,
Eric

Juan Briceno was fantastic. He definitely deserves recognition for his work ethic and dedication to the home inspection. We look forward to seeing him again for the next inspection. Thank you Juan!!!!

We were skeptical about keeping Bug Out as our pest control people because initially one person came and didn’t do a good job, seemed very rushed and didn’t complete service. We called and the supervisor apologized and sent someone else out next day. They sent Juan and he did an amazing job. He was very thorough and very nice. Changed our minds and we decided to keep them. Thanks Juan!

Juan Briceno was my technician, He did a great job on the whole house and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Juan Briceno is absolutely outstanding! His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication really stood out. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and delivers results you can trust. On top of that, he’s friendly, easy to work with, and genuinely cares about providing great service.

I couldn’t be happier with his work and highly recommend Juan to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to excellence.

Juan did and excellent job with servicing our property. Not only did he communicate when he was on his way, he also communicated through the entire process if there any issues. He also prepped the area before applying the product to ensure that no section would be left untreated. He answered all questions and was very thorough with his work. Thank you, Juan!

Juan did an outstanding job today on our quarterly control treatment. Also, he communicated, acted and looked like a professional. That is always appreciated.

Juan does an excellent job checking our home and yard. He is the BEST!! We are on the yearly service, so not sure of the exact price.

Juan with Bug Out was exceptional! He communicated with me prior to my appointment, and was friendly & courteous while spraying the house. Wonderful service! Thank you!

JASON JENKINS is a God-send! I either don’t receive an email letting me know when y’all are coming to do my service, or like yesterday, I get an email, but it’s all wrong! It’s very frustrating! But I am giving 5 stars, because no matter what the mix-up is from the main office, Jason goes out his way and makes it work every time! Bug out, you have a jewel in Jason Jenkins! He deserves MAJOR KUDOS!!! If it weren’t for Jason, I would have stopped using your services a long time ago. Thanks, Jason!!

Great experience! Juan called the day before to confirm the time, was prompt on the day of the appointment, listened to my concerns, and addressed everything we needed. Very happy with the service.
