We are thrilled with our cleaning staff. Rosario and Lizbeth are amazing. They always do a fantastic job, paying attention to the smallest detail. My baseboards, blinds and fan blades are always spotless. We love the little extras they do for us...the decorations they make with the toilet paper and Kleenex, they rehang our bath towels and make it look nice, they arrange our shampoo, conditioner and body wash in showers. Everything sparkles. We love our ladies!!

They always do a fantastic job, but yesterday they went above and beyond. Our 9-year old grandson is staying with with for a couple of days. When they made his, which we truly appreciate, they arranged all of his stuffed animals on the bed and he was thrilled. We truly appreciate that extra touch.

UPDATE: One year since first posting this review, and three years since we first started working with MaidPro, and we still ADORE Vilma, Daniel and this company. Incredibly reliable, friendly, thorough and trustworthy. If MaidPro can hang on to folks as amazing as Vilma & Daniel, they must be doing something right.

We LOVE Vilma and Daniel! They have been our team for almost two years, and they never miss a single week! They are soooo sweet and caring, and go WAY above and beyond any cleaners I have ever have. They clean the inside of the toaster oven, take out the diaper pail trash, change the sheets on the crib, etc. They take such good care of our family. We are so grateful for their incredible work.

I'm not even sure where to start. Firstly, the person who booked my appointment didn't take accurate notes. I had requested a deep clean, and when she asked me if there were any rooms I didn't want cleaned, I specifically mentioned my primary closet and my ferret room. Both rooms were easily identifiable.

I had scheduled the appointment for 9 am, but when I called to confirm, she told me it would be a later afternoon appointment. This was unacceptable since I had already made plans to have my dog out and I had specifically requested a morning appointment.

The cleaners arrived at 11 am and only cleaned 4 out of the 9 rooms. They didn't dust the dining room pictures or wipe down the countertops. When I called to complain, they sent the owner/manager out. She agreed that the cleaning was very poorly done.

She offered to clean my house again, so I agreed. However, when they came out, they did not dust the top of photos, dresser in my bedroom or my TV stand. Furthermore, the same dirt they left in the corner 2 weeks ago was still there (I purposely left it). All my floors were sticky, and they left a wet rag on my wicker basket, which caused a stain. Additionally, they left a blue scrub towel on the floor that my puppy got a hold of and chewed up. This required a vet visit because I had no idea what was in it. They also neglected to clean my mantle and did not move the coffee table to vacuum. To top it all off, the bathroom was redesigned to what I can only assume they felt looked better.

To make matters worse, they closed all the doors in my house and locked my kitten in the bedroom, causing my kitten stress. As a result, my kitten chewed the door and peed on my carpet!

I had a terrible experience using Maid Pro after being extremely satisfied with them many years ago. I will not be using their services again.
