I had an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience with MaidPro Cleaners in The Woodlands, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.

Three weeks ago, my team member scheduled a deep cleaning for a move-out. She was told everything was confirmed, and I should receive an email confirmation. Unfortunately, I never received the email, which I only realized the day of the cleaning—after the cleaners failed to show up during the 1 PM - 5 PM window I had specifically arranged.

I called to inquire, only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule. This was confusing because my teammate had confirmed everything over the phone. The representative unapologetically stated there was no booking but offered to reschedule for the next day. I provided my credit card information at that time and asked for confirmation, which I received.

However, just three hours later, I got a call saying the cleaners were on their way—apparently for the original time that the office had claimed I wasn’t scheduled for. I explained that we had already rescheduled for the next day. Despite this mix-up, I prepared for the cleaners the next day, only for them to show up two hours late, at 3 PM instead of 1 PM.

I had gone out of my way to make arrangements, including boarding my cat to avoid him feeling anxious with strangers in the home. The late arrival meant I had to pick him up earlier than planned, defeating the entire purpose of boarding him. No one from MaidPro showed the slightest bit of concern or accountability for this inconvenience, and their attitude throughout was dismissive and unprofessional.

As for the cleaning itself, I received a call stating it would take an extra 2.5 hours to finish, which wouldn’t have been necessary if they’d arrived on time. When I voiced my frustration, the representative claimed to have listened to a recorded call from two weeks prior and said the original appointment was never confirmed because no credit card had been provided. This revelation was frustrating since I was not informed of this earlier. I asked to hear the recording for clarification but they refused to share it. And in speaking with my teammate after the fact she stated that she indeed did provide a credit card number at that time, and was told that we would then receive confirmation.

During this conversation, the representative became rude and raised his voice at me, leading to a heated exchange. He abruptly decided to cancel the cleaning and told the team to leave mid-job.

This entire experience was unprofessional, stressful, and disappointing. I cannot recommend MaidPro Cleaners, especially if you’re dealing with time-sensitive or high-stress situations like a move-out. Their lack of communication

We’ve been using Maidpro for over two years and have had consistently good service. Vanessa and Marlen did a great job at our home on 5/7/2025.

MaidPro has been providing service for me for several years. They do a fantastic job and I always look forward to coming home to my sparkling house on cleaning days. They are 100% reliable and just do an excellent job. Everything looks great and smells good. Thank you for all your hard work. Also, the owner, Mayra is super nice and easy to work with. They really go beyond the call of duty to serve their clients. I highly recommend this team.

We consistently have a positive experience with MaidPro The Woodlands Team. We have used their cleaning services over the past couple of years. We have been thoroughly impressed with the phenomenal service we receive. My sister, who has also been a satisfied customer for over three years, shares the same sentiment.

As pet owners, we particularly appreciate their diligence in managing pet hair, including both cat and dog hair, as well as cat litter. It truly makes a significant difference in keeping our home clean.

We also value the flexibility you've shown when we've needed to reschedule our appointments. Their willingness to accommodate our schedule, especially around times when we have guests arriving, has been incredibly helpful.

Any time I've needed to make changes to our service, the team has always been accommodating, and I am very happy with the overall customer service.

Most recently, Rixi and Denise have been servicing our home, and they are amazing! Our house feels exceptionally clean after their visits. I also appreciate the thoughtful touch of how they make the beds.

I had this cleaning done as a gift to a young Mom who just lost her Mom. The funeral is today. 2/20/2026. Thanks to Maidpro she was able to sit and rest Wednesday night with a book smack dab in the middle of what was proving to be a very hard week. I lost both parents and a husband and understand all the preparation mixed with grief that is involved. Thank you so much for lightening her load. God bless you all the days of your lives! I used MaidPro of The Woodlands for the first time. I have been recovering from surgery and have been unable to clean. I wanted a deep clean since I had not been able to clean, but had to be here all the time. The two ladies who came to my home were fantastic! They were professional and efficient. After they left, I discovered two places that were not dusted, but I was willing to overlook them because of an unexpected kindness they showed at the end of their cleaning. I would most certainly use MaidPro again.
