So happy with MaidPro. This was my first clean - a deep clean. It’s hard to find someone to clean your house. When I was working, I had a special lady that came every other week - when I came home from work, my house was spotless. She did several other homes on our block, and she was always booked. I felt blessed when she Self believing that you deserve to live, even if it means ack had an opening and could do my house and she worked for me for years. We moved and I retired. I cleaned my new house for a long time. Well, it’s not new anymore and decided I didn’t want to do it anymore. I couldn’t find anyone in our neighborhood because they were all booked. My daughter suggested Maid Pro The Woodlands, but I was skeptical, not knowing who was gonna come in my house. My kids gave me a gift card for Mother’s Day. What a great gift! Amazing job and everything was spotless. This was a deep clean and it took about 4 hours. Two lovely ladies appeared at my door and brought everything they needed. The house smelled amazing. I’m impressed and happy. I’m going to use MaidPro for twice a month and enjoy feeling pampered with a super clean house.

Beware of price. Given one price over the phone and a much higher one when they left. Broke glass and left trash. Most expensive cleaning service around. Find someone better.

Dependable Kleening Maid Service recently did a make-ready on a house that my parents are putting on the market.

Sherry and her team were professional, on-time, thorough and most of all.... HONEST!

The house was empty, but while cleaning the patio, one of the girls found a $100 bill that my dad had stashed in a hiding spot for the yard guys. Nobody saw her find it and nobody would've ever known about it (my dad had forgotten he put it there). When she found it, she came looking for me to return it.

I’ve been using them for a couple of years now. They are respectful, efficient, dependable and do a good job of cleaning. They do a good job of scheduling and letting me know when they’re on their way. Before the pandemic they disabled and reenabled the house alarm and let themselves in but now I’m working from home.

We’ve had 2 crews come to our home and they continue to provide a detailed cleaning each time. This business is flexible and Sherrie is the nicest owner who means business and knows her business. You’re in good hands with Dependable Kleening. I would happily rate them a fantastic 5 star rating!

My husband booked this for me. The quote he got after explaining the job was for approximately $125. After they had completed the job they then proceeded to tell him that was an hourly rate when he was told that was for the total. The job done was definitely not worth that. When we arrived back at home it smelled like left over mop bucket water. Its AWFUL! I wanted a good cleaning but unfortunately lesson learned I should have just done it myself and it would have been free and a better job. I am disappointed on how unprofessional they were with communication. long story short save your money.

I’m have used the Dependable Kleening crew twice so far, they have done one deep clean and one basic cleaning services. A crew of 3 Ladies, they work fast but diligently and do a good job for our 3 bed room house. Would definitely recommend them.

Run, don’t walk away from this cleaning service! I was sent 3 cleaning ladies for 2 hours. The agreed upon price was $280 for 2 hours for a move out clean. Two of the ladies chatted with each other and swept the same spot over and made the other lady do all the work. All of the ladies dumped the mop dirt and swept up trash out the front door as shown in photo. As they were getting closer to two hours I asked how much time they had since they only “completed” one room and they replied with one more hour. She said the owner tells the customer two hours but actually bills for three hours. After they left and I inspected the clean, it was so poorly done I ended up hiring another cleaning service to do the job properly. The house had very little items left in it that they had to work around as it was a move out clean. Owner tells employees to take photos inside your house and invade your privacy and saves them to her phone. I do not recommend this service!

I was very impressed with the quality of Reuben's work and his thorough understanding of irrigation systems. He was the consummate professional. He even went above and beyond with his clean-up.

I would not use this company again. The work they did was not to my specification and I had to have them back out to fix the things they got wrong. And they did a bad job on the remediation as well. The man who sold the project - I guess you would call him the project manager - was arrogant and only wanted to do what he wanted to do. Never mind I was the one paying for it. It was a totally frustrating experience. All I can say is that this company thinks way more of themselves than is warranted.
