All zones were dead. Jerome showed up on time, and had me fixed up in no time. Very friendly, professional and great price!

We have always been VERY pleased with the care Octavio at Mr. Sprinkler gives us, and have used them for several years now. He's quick to diagnose problems, always looks to save us money on unneeded repairs, and always checks the whole system on each visit, which prevents problems we might not have known about, such as broken heads, etc. He is also good at explaining things. Highly recommend this business!

I decided to go with these folks because they are a local Tomball company. Jerome came out in about an hour after I called on Memorial Day.
I had one of 8 zones not working. I had absolutely no idea where the zone valve was so he had to find it. I decided to have him find all 8 zones as long as he was here which he did. He found the problem to be a broken wire somewhere in the yard but he suggested installing something that would tap power off of another nearby zone. I opted for that option and it worked great. While inspecting the system he found a serious leak I didn't know I had which he repaired in addition to elevating some of the heads that were below the grass. After working almost 5 hours, my faulty zone was working, I now know exactly where all 8 of my zone valves are, the sprinkler heads all work well and the significant leak is repaired.
I am very satisfied with the work Jerome performed. He was very friendly and professional. I have every intention of asking for him every time.
Ignore the 1 star ratings on Google. They are not valid. These guys are great.

For all the advertisements about "same day service", I must have called 20 companies and no one but Mr. SPRINKLER could come out right away. They were knowledgeable, professional, and we couldn't be more pleased. I made sure to save their number because I won't call anyone else again. They were fantastic. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

They were recommended by a neighbor and I'm glad I used them. Called Sunday afternoon and a technician showed up to inspect and repair the sprinklers Monday 9am. Great service and great pricing. Highly recommended!!

They came in an urgent pinch and stopped my irrigation system from spraying water constantly due to a leaky/faulty valve. I think my sprinklers were running for about 4 hours and wouldn’t shut off.

Karen tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone first just to help me turn off the main irrigation water line, but the main valve was stuck and rusted. Since I couldn’t cut off the water she worked around their schedule to find a tech to come by ASAP. She was able to get a tech and Antonio showed up within an hour and resolved the problem quickly! There was a trip charge but they didn’t charge me extra for diagnosing the problem. Their estimate for repair was reasonable but I held off on repair to see if my home warranty would cover it. They were understanding and didn’t pressure me to do any work. If my home warranty doesn’t cover the issue I’ll be sure to call them back to wrap things up.

Octavio was very knowledgeable of residential sprinkler systems and he taught me a lot about it! Octavio was very professional and understanding of my request and issue. I thought we had a leak because it seems as if our water usage jumped up a lot after we had some fence work done where they added a post next to the house where the sprinkler system main line runs. Octavio did some trouble shooting and it seems there is no leak after all. I look forward to having Mr Sprinkler service our system in the future. Thanks Octavio!

It’s the second time I called Mr Sprinkle and I asked for the same technician whose name is Jerome. If I still had my company, I would hire him away from wherever he is working. He is a great representative for this company and is as polished and polite person you’ll ever meet. He is on time, knowledgeable and gives an aura of integrity and honesty. He lives up to the high bar established by the office personnel and company management.

I called Sprinkler repair and they sent an expert to evaluate the next day. The technician evaluated the issue and got into it by digging the are to find one of the main pipes valve was not working correctly. Due to the location of the valve, he had to cut 3 different connections to be able to work on the pipes , altogether it took 2 hours to fix, and provided warranty on work.
