Octavio came out listened to what I had to say and what was going on. Came up with a plan and got it done efficiently. He was friendly and helpful about my concerns while making suggestions. He was considerate of my lawn and landscaping.
Came out today to replace the heads that were old and was once again careful with my flower beds and dud excellent work.

Jerome with Mr Sprinkler Repair is so courteous, knowledgeable and honest! And prompt! He has serviced my system many times. I will never use another company. Have them on my speed dial. :)

We are very happy with the service Oscar and his team provided. I had a tricky situation with a new sidewalk coming in on my property. Oscar diagnosed the situation and was able to come out on short notice to re-route my pipes and wiring to avoid being crushed by the soon arriving sidewalk. At the same time they refreshed our entire system (which was in dire need) and even added a new zone my wife and I had talked about. All within a brisk 1 and 1/2 day schedule.

Oscar accomplish this along with excellent communication and good pricing.

Octavia did a great job repairing my sprinkler system. It had lots of problems. And he fixed every one. I would highly recommend this company. They are reasonably priced and very professional. I have used them for 2 years and will continue.

This is my yearly sprinkler maintenance company. I have hem come by every year, and do some ordinary maintenance on my system. Check the system that it's working properly, replace a few heads that aren't as effective as they should be anymore, and do an odd job every now and then.

This year I had them replace a head in a garden, that wasn't working good, and also couldn't raise up enough to spray above the border wall of my garden. I can't remember ever having to pay them over $200 for their yearly update.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and thorough, had 3 sprinklers that were not working and there was issue with one of the pipes. Everything was fixed same day, appreciate the great service

It seems that Mr Sprinkler and Tomball Sprinkler have the same address and may be the same company. I read all these 5 star reviews and wondered why was my experience terrible. It seems many 5 star reviews are solicited reviews. Ex:when a company employee or a service man, whether on the phone or in person, sends you a link and asks for a good review. This one is factual and unsolicited.
I agreed to have Mr Sprinkler come repair my main sprinkler line which was leaking after the cold on 1/7 24. He rang my bell after already digging and exposing the line.
He gave me a price of almost $900 to repair the leak. Told him that was expensive, but since I had no water and he already dug it up, I agreed. After the job he emailed the receipt and I noticed he charged for 2 jobs as the receipt below shows. After I called and complained, he said the shutoff handle broke when he went to shut it off, and he sent me pics of the job, one is attached.(Note that the shutoff handle looks fine and is still in the on position).
How could he honestly estimate and charge $320 to replace the shutoff valve before he shut the water and broke the handle, unless he was going to do that all along. And if you already dug the ditch and are replacing the 1 in x 6 ft pipe, how can you charge an additional $320 for a $6 valve.
He called back and tried to give me a credit for the $320 to be used in the future. No thank you, I paid with cash, I did not pay with an IOU. Next I will file a complaint for Consumer Fraud, and I can prove it. Buyer beware.

I agree I believe Tomball Sprinkler and Mr Sprinkler Repair are same company. The person who came out was Juan and was here when scheduled. I thought he did a fabulous job. Yes it was expensive and painful to my pocket book but they did a lot. The main expense was locating a wire that was cut by a different contractor. He had all kinds of equipment and was impressed by his ability to locate the problem area (my lot 2 acres). He replaced heads and located leaks I was not aware of. He dug holes and moved rain barrels. He made suggestions, set my watering schedule, and adjusted my sprinklers much better than I could have. I’m thrilled and believe you get what you pay for. Everything was very professional.

I have been using their Sprinkler repair for years, excellent service, show up quickly. Get it done quickly. Reasonable price. Absolutely recommend

Todd w/ Mr Sprinkler of Clear Lake has been servicing my sprinkler system for years. He does a wonderful job checking my system and making all repairs that are needed but does not try to sell you upgrades/additions that are not necessary for your system to function correctly. I highly recommend Todd and Mr Sprinkler of Clear Lake.

Watched my wretched yard transform in 3 1/2 hours! Boone suggested a tree and it is gorgeous. Sod layed so fast and precise (magical). Back yard tomorrow and I cannot wait. Boone, office staff and workers are so nice. Fast to return calls and any questions or concerns were dealt with immediately. Highly recommend Boone's landscaping.

Boone’s Landscaping came out quickly to spray our trees that were being invaded with tent caterpillars. They were very professional and even located some tree infestation I missed locating.
We will be using them again for landscaping.

We had quite a bit of landscaping done with Boones landscaping. Each and every portion of the work was fantastically done with great attention to detail and quality. All of the folks that we dealt with were incredibly professional to be around. Very conscientious and had some great ideals for plants and trees for our deer infested neighborhood. We have to be very careful what we plant here. They picked out many ornamental trees that we had never even heard of or seen before. We plan to hire them after the summer to landscape our pool project as well. We are very pleased with them.

Excellent service! Honest and kind people with great communication. They leveled our ground for a pool.

We have used premium outdoor services, Michelle and Ryan West on 4 separate occasions! Every time they have gotten the job done within the time projected if not sooner! From laying pavers, leveling our yard, new sod, installing new drainage, redesigning flower beds, installing landscaping stone, planting new plants and laying down fresh mulch! They provide quality work, amazing communication, they don’t leave any trash behind, everyone who works for them is respectful and hardworking! I could keep going! You will not be disappointed! I’m a “do it yourselfer” but they make your vision look so much better even than you can imagine! They also created something that’s easy for me to maintain!

Absolutely fantastic service! Highly recommend. We had our fire pit done and some grading/drainage corrected and everything was done above and beyond our expectations. These are the people to call if you ever need to have some trees done or professionally designed custom landscaping. I'm beyond impressed.

Mike was awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and helped me understand my lawn needs. Very personable. I appreciate the great service!
