As a military family, we chose this company because my husband is a disabled veteran. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I hired this company to put in a drainage system in my backyard for standing water. They never had a game plan and after ripping up my backyard, they were unable to do what they had promised (drain the water) and left the job unfinished with materials in the yard. They also lie about what they say they will do. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ben, the technician, was very thorough and knowledgeable about my concerns with our irrigation system. I appreciate Ben sharing some of his expertise with sprinkler systems and lawn care. He professionally addressed all of my concerns. I will use Hero Lawn Care services in the future.

Had my first service call today and my tech Angel was very thorough, honest and he explained everything to me. Can’t say I’m excited about what I need to do to update my system to perform correctly, but I wouldn’t want anyone else doing the repairs other than him. Thank you!

I can’t recommend Hereos Lawn Care enough. Lucas showed up promptly in the morning and got to work. He analyze the system told me all the sprinkler heads that need fixing and replacing, and even analyze the drainage problem we had with our (Neighbor) sprinkler systems. He was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Hereos Lawn Care!

Mike takes pride in his work which helps us understand what’s going on. Mike is informative. Mike provides detailed instructions after each treatment as to when we water, when the dogs can get out in the yard, and what was actually done. We know that we are in good hands with Mike doing the work.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WONT FINISH THEIR WORK!! Horrible company with absolutely unprofessional management. This company was hired to install water drainage in the backyard. They began work only to continuously make mistakes, dug trenches for pipes, was confused on how to effectively run the pipes correctly so instead of finding a solution and finishing their work they said they are canceling the job and leaving the yard completely torn up, leaving all their materials and pipes spread throughout the yard.

Mike same out and explained everything to me about my lawn. I’m looking forward to working with him and getting my lawn looking great. First treatment done.

Mike did a nice job, applying both granular and spot spray to the brown patch. Courteous and professional, appreciate his knowledgeable explanations.

Heroes have always given us great service. They have knowledgeable and competent employees that always get to the root of the problems. Angle and Ben have been great to do business with. Ben and Mike helped me troubleshoot potential water leak in my sprinkler system. They were very thorough and communicative. They got three jobs done quickly, which were validation of leak source (not from irrigation system), repair PVC pipe of rainwater sensor and deactivate one sprinkler head. Well done and definitely will do business with this company again.

I had my first service today wtih Heroes Lawn Care of The Woodlands with Mike. Mike is amazing and very knowledgeable. Mike above and beyond by taking the time to talk to me about the treatment today as well as providing additional education on the things that I can do to help get the most out of the lawn care treatment and overall general care of the lawn. As a new homeowner who has always lived in apartments, I have been struggling for last 3 years to figure out how to take care of my lawn and Mike's help and expertise is priceless. Lucas was very efficient and a very hard worker. He was courteous and caring and clearly took this job seriously. He was here at exactly the time he said he would be here.

I have had this lawn service for a couple of years. I had everything done by them. I was also getting the treatment for Bermuda grass.

My Bermuda grass has now taken over. I found out, along with fertilizing the St. Augustine, they also fertilized the Bermuda grass. (I know, right?) When I asked their guy about it, he said most customers just want something green. lol

I bought the package last year and it included an aeration treatment. They did not want to mark the sprinklers (which previously, I paid them to do) and I had no time to do it, so it wasn't done. They didn't give me a reimbursement and just said, "it's part of the package." Mmm. ok. Wow!

If you like Bermuda grass, go for it!

Super fast service, good value. Great work by Ben to fix our valve, locate the shut off, and show us how to operate it. Very pleased.
