In 2014 I had major problems with this company. Ended up fixing the grade myself.

These guys have the equipment, employees, expertise and experience to get your job done right and in a timely manner.

Came out and looked in the yard told the man what I needed fixed and he looked at what needs to be fixed. Very polite and waiting for the bid.

Our sprinkler system has been a nightmare since we bought our new house earlier this year. Do not recommend.

Had a wonderful experience. I worked with Kimi, who was helpful. I will tell my friends about PGS.

Awesome company they helped me with something that a 10 year old should have figured out but I'm not the smartest peanut but Johnny (not sure if that's how you spell your name sorry :( came by and helped me out with my problem AWESOME SERVICE!!!!

Made contact with PGS Landscaping on May 2 and after waiting for three weeks for someone to come and quote for our landscaping we gave up. Lots of promises - Lessons learn

The 18 wheeler that drove on 105 in Conroe around noon today wasn’t driving safe what so ever. The lan turned from 3 to 1 and he cut off 4 cars and squeezed them in. He drove so close to me and the other cars it as so dangerous.

Terrible business to work with. Attitude from the women in the office and completely drop the ball on communication. Do not recommend this company at all unless you want to be disrespected when simply wanting the service done in a timely manner that I already paid cash for.

Scheduled appointment a week in advance, took day off work to be home for appointment. 2 hrs after the window given was blown and after multiple emails and phone calls that went no where was finally told manager was re-routed to entire other city and they would have to reschedule my appointment. Completely wasted my time and didn't seem to care.

They have been too my house twice, I have over an acre. It looks awesome, very good job both times. They will be my only lawn service from now on. Never had such a good job. Thanks

PGS did a Beautiful Job. The quality of work was exactly as I was told . I was treated with respect and they paid attention to my request and detail design. AND Management followed up after work was completed making sure all was completed to my approval !! Thank You PGS for your quality work.

Worst Landscaping & Irrigation Company. They originally installed the irrigation system and landscaping on a new home build in the Spring area (DR Horton community). I had issues for the first 15 months living at my home with the drainage where they didn't follow the legal requirements from the developer and caused all of our neighbors (about 15-20) to have muddy yards in the back because they didn't install the appropriate drainage for the excess water on our properties.

Furthermore, we had to get legal involved through our community HOA in order to have the necessary repairs made. I wouldn't trust the guys they use for trade either as they don't even speak 'broken English". The supervisor, Chris, has no moral code and is just commits to repairs and doing things the right way, yet doesn't follow through on them which I assume is from his manager wanting to focus on their profit margins instead of doing what is right and should've been done at the build/install stage of our homes. On several occasions, I had other reputable irrigation/landscaping companies provide bids/solutions on the issues my community was experiencing and each time, PGS was telling me it was our responsibility and their quotes were higher every single time.

The last straw was about two months ago when I reached out to them to repair my irrigation valves due to the cold weather we experienced. Even though I winterized my unit, it cracked in multiple places just as the winter before. They use cheap products instead of a higher rated alternative that can meet expectations to last through at least a few 30-degree cold winter seasons.

When I gave them an opportunity to make things right (and pay for the replacement for a second time in 18 months), they scheduled me only to have them come back 6 days later and say it would be another week before they could come because they "double booked me". So that would've been two weeks of no irrigation system use when we had no rain for that one week I was waiting to be scheduled.

In summary, I wouldn't recommend PGS for any irrigation or landscaping services (or to even mow/edge my yard for that matter). If you choose to use their services, you've been warned.
