I bought a dr Horton home in Oct of 2022 and the sod they put in is full of weeds and horrible looking. All these weeds appeared in 6 weeks because before that the sod was dormant. No one else in our neighborhood has this problem with the weeds and their response was it was an isolated case!The sprinkler system is terrible!!! The sprinkler heads are too close to each other. One of them wasn't flushed with the grass in the backyard and I ran it over and they want me to pay $125 to fix it. This is after they came out to move this one because water was pouring into my data box. The same one isnt flushed as it should be and I've been in my new home for 5 months and I've had 3 problems with their system. The women who answer their phones are rude. They take zero responsibility for the horrible job they have done!

I was behind one of their crews on 242 yesterday. They were doing 70 in a 50 and dropping rocks off of their trailer. I was able to avoid most but one hit my bumper and scratched it up pretty good. I emailed customer service. No response.

Very happy with the work that was done today. The side of our patio was so muddy from lack of drainage and the crew from PGS reworked the swale from on the fence line down to the street. They laid new sod and put rock and plants on the side of patio. Quality work for a great price.

Let me start wow. Best experience right!? Horrible communication skills, never punctual, and showed up unannounced. Bad for business. They have allegedly said they would fix the front yard, side yard from leaving dirt everywhere, and no one has shown up as informed. Issue after issue, delay after delay when you pay thousands. If you want cheap services come here, but as a businesses man, be prepared for horrible customer service and the services that they provide are thumbs down. Back yard looks like we will see if it takes in. 2 stars for effort. Welcome to PGS.

Let's just say 3 star for effort, PGS came over made an attempt to resolve the issue in the rain. The photos show the comparison. Pay the extra penny for a better experience.

04/22/2024 - Additional information review

No one conducted an inspection, no one measured either. The entire job was done on 04/19/24, unannounced and discovered via video cameras. Thankfully, I had a fancy alarm system and allowed the workers to enter the residence via by phone/app in order to gain entry to the garage while no one was home. Also, job wasn't completed and on 04/20/24 job was then completed where folks were sent out twice to complete the job.

Also, concrete slab was completed on 04/06/2024 per camera footage. See additional photo below.

04/23/2024 - Additional information review

Not trying to be petty but also, as it states they had to come pick up the sod, as they didn't, I was instructed the sod would be fine left in the public roadway as it was over night due to the job not completed.

Neighbors, If your grass is dead and you need a sprinkler system, you need to call Jony with Green King Landscaping Services, LLC . Jony gave me a quote on Friday and his team showed up three days later. They tore my yard up in one day and completely put my yard back together on day two. Jony and his team were respectful and very informative of what they were doing with every step. Some of us who have pools were advised that we had to do the drip system, and with that being said, it took away my aerobic system in my front yard, so grass was dying. Kuddos Jony, your team has saved my yard!!!!

Jony and his team did a great job raising all the canopies on my property and cutting down one dead tree. I highly recommend him for all of your landscaping needs. He is a fair and honest business owner and I would gladly use him for some of the other work on my property. Great job!

Jony removed our old fence & built a new fence & gates for us. If you are wanting quality craftsmanship & work that will last, look no further, Jony is the contractor to use! Not only did he give us the lowest bid but his communication with us before, during & after the work was completed was exceptional & professional!

Hurricane Beryl destroyed the fence surrounding our House. We researched several companies to help us and Green King came highly recommended. Jony showed up on time, kept his promises, and delivered exactly what we wanted. He addressed our questions and any issues we encountered promptly. Our new fence is fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Excellent, Quality Professional, Job well done!

Jonys crew did an incredible job, not only with taking down trees after the hurricane but rebuilding our fence as well! Easy to communicate with, very fast and hard working! Will definitely use them again for any services!

Green King landscaping has been fantastic to work with! They consistently go the extra mile to make sure our yard looks it's best. What really stands out is their attention to detail, especially in the fall when leaves and debris start piling up. They're thorough about blowing everything out and picking it up, leaving the yard looking clean and refreshed every time. We've been very pleased and highly recommend Green King!

asked them to come and mow. was told it would be Tuesday. Called Tuesday to find out where they were, and was told they'd be here Wedsnday between 9 and 10am. Its now 12pm. Called multiple times and text w no answer. Find it hard to believe that for $70/mow, they are not more proactive...

Don't believe all the hype. He never shows up when he is supposed to. He has caused damage to my house and then I really couldn't get a hold of him. My brand new roof was damaged and he tried to deny it. Be cautious. There are many good landscapers out there, the question is about integrity when things don't go right. Good Luck!

Bottom Line: Blessed Landscapes does excellent work! Fermin, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the different options available or to provide recommendations on the best course of action. It’s very difficult to find a provider to doesn’t cut corners, but when you do, try and hang on to them. I’ll continue to use him and his team exclusively in the future.
