Waste of time and loss of money for the investers of this company. Signed a contract for weekly service of 3.5 acre property with a house and lots of lanscape. 3 weeks later they finally showed up at 6:00 pm to service the property, next morning i inspected to find missed areas, small limbs not picked up and mowed around leaving tall grass. Next week same thing, called the office and was told "Gps shows they were there long enough to do a proper job" - Lol She then ststed she would have a supervisor come by and inspect the work and schedule a re-do of the service. No show of anybody for 2 weeks, left several voice mails with no response. Went to the office to pay for 2 weeks and cancel service, door was locked and when a lady did answer she looked at me like i had interupted her dinner. Gave her the check and told her i was cancelling service, she said "Ok" and that was it!! Don't wast your time here!!

Pending how many times this goes on and on to fix reach problem they created from there last visit. Prompt response is promised but takes multiple calls for service on mistakes and problems they create.

Great service ! Bought our home from DR horton and this was the company that built the lawn and irrigation system. And every issue that weve ever had with our lawn was correctected swiftly and with great care. Zack and his team do their best to make sure their customers are taken care and they do just that!

They are very pleasant t work with. Returned phone calls for service. Explained the operation of our system. Came back for adjustments. Easy to work with, we would highly recommend.

Have reached out to this company multiple times to no avail. Contractor that came out for an estimate was courteous and timely, but everything after that has been terrible. I had to contact there office multiple to get an update on the quote. After I finally received a quote and agreed to terms they never replied back. I’ve made two attempts since then and still nothing. Makes me wonder if they want any business. 🤦‍♀️

We recently bought a home in Southern Pointe which was an ideal new community for our family. Our sod was placed in October of last year and was dormant. We had a horrible clover infested sod and drainage problem between our house and our neighbors. PGS came out and graded it a little better and replaced the sod..which is a bluer color not green like the rest of our yard. DR Horton helped get this worked out. Now fast forward to April, mind you grass has been dormant. As it began to grow we noticed our entire back yard is covered in crab grass. Clearly the sod was infested and a faulty product. I have never dealt with this bermuda grass type before as we moved here in October. We sent pics and emails to PGS and they do not want to take responsibility for the planting/laying of this faulty product. We contacted DR Horton and they are inquiring about it but we won't hold our breath. We now of course live and work in a society where no one takes ownership for their faults or failures. Absolutely horrible experience thus far. Of course their resolve was we a a very isolated case but you can hire us to treat it!
We walked the entire neighborhood and no ones yard is as bad as ours, and we're more diligent on our property than most. I wish I could attach a pic..it would blow your mind.

PGS was Amazing!! I had an irrigation system installed and was very please with the results. PGS Staff answered any questions I had and explained things in a very understanding way throughout the entire process.

They’re prices were very affordable as well. I’ve already placed another order with them.

DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! They lied to me about the final price of our yard services. They had instructed my wife that we owed them $75 for our final bill of the year. He showed up to my door at 7pm to "collect". He told me $150. I wrote him a check (without knowing) and went to tell my wife who immediately tried calling him back to straighten it out. He refused to answer for several hours and finally responds with a text that he already deposited the check. He proceeded to argue with my wife and start making up fees to justify why he lied to us. We immediately called and cancelled the check the following morning. Best $25 we've ever spent. Of course we have all these in text message for anyone to review as well. :) DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! They repeatedly left ruts in our yard, didn't show up on the time we arranged, and did bad work.

PGS re did our sprinkler system after we had a pool put in. Wanted to give them a shout out after everyone from the office to the guys doing the work were awesome and very professional. Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Thank yall very much

We had a horrible experience with them! A man came out to give us an estimate and left without giving any information. It took 5 phone calls and 2 emails to get ahold of anyone and it wasn't until days later that someone finally answered the call. Kristin was horrible with managing and organizing the contract and changed the installation date without any notice. I will not ever use this company nor recommend them to anyone!

We bought a new home that contracted PGS to do the irrigation if I had a choice I would never had hired them. First time I touch the flower beds I found soda cans, water bottles, and snack wrappers. They covered the main water valve with sod and don’t even have a record of where they installed it. Called to see if they can located the water valve and they wanted to charge $125. Called a new company that I never used found the valve at no cost! Let’s just say pgs lost a customer and the other company gained one plus all my neighbors that are having similar issues with pgs. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This is not only a terrible irrigation company but also one of the worst companies in Magnolia. I’m a licensed irrigator & have worked on many of their new installs less that a year old. There is tons of wiring issues and wires which have been cut accidentally causing homeowners to spend hundreds to fix. They undersize the pipes to save money & always run more gallons per minute than the the diameter pipe allows. This violates the velocity rule of 5 lateral feet per second. None of their installers or service techs are actual licensed irrigation technicians as required in Texas by the TCEQ. Their workmanship and customer service on the telephone is egregious & a mockery to this industry. I also own a DR Horton home & PGS was the irrigation installer. I have called them 5 times requesting an as built irrigation plan & they have refused every time. All new irrigation systems in the state of TX require the installer to provide an as built irrigation plan. It’s pretty clear Slade & his cronies do not care at all all about the end product or their customers. They are in it purely for the money and take no pride in their work or responsibility at all. I will be filing a formal complaint with the TCEQ & I encourage you all to do the same.

Well I can't really provide a positive review but this is what I know. I purchased a new construction home and it appears that PGS Landscaping installed the irrigation system. I have called twice to have the sprinkler heads adjusted, once I spoke directly with a representative with no further action and then again leaving a voicemail - and again with NO RESPONSE. So I am leaving this undesirable rating with hopes that it will get someone's attention. I am willing to pay for the service call to adjust the heads and don't expect anything for free, but really? No return calls? No respone? Totally unacceptable. Thank you.

Do not use this company. There were contracted with DR Horton to fix my irrigation system at my house. After cutting my fiber line for my internet, they will tell you it is not their responsibility to pay for the damage they caused. I am going to have to pay my internet company 150 dollars because they cut my fiber line. Stay away!

Bought a new-build from DR Horton back in Feb. 2021, and PGS was hired to complete all landscaping and irrigation system installations prior to closing. I started noticing some issues with the sprinkler heads after about a year, as the sprinkler heads were no longer popping up above the grass line and subsequently, not watering the lawn effectively. I contacted PGS and Kristin was extremely helpful in having the guys come back out and get the correct risers added to the sprinkler heads quickly and at no-cost of my own, as they were installed with the incorrect riser height. Really appreciate her and PGS's help with correcting this issue!

Great service! My sprinkler system was not working Zak showed up fixed the issue very quickly and then went above and beyond to fix a major leak I had in one of my sprinkler lines. Zak was very professional and nice. I would recommend PGS for any of your irrigation needs!

PGS really is an outstanding company!!! My experience started with an outstanding woman named Jennifer. She always went above and beyond to explain things and has constant communication with me For 4 months she helped me tremendously and was always patient and kind. After I made up my mind and scheduled Luis’s crew came out and did an amazing, amazing job on my yard! I’m so happy I chose the PGS bid! Thank you all who made my home beautiful! I’m ahead of my neighbors now!!

Zak Martinez was sent out to our home to do some work by our builder and he was extremely polite and professional! He explained the purpose of his visit in the process of our draining system getting installed and that other workers will be coming out in the upcoming days to finish the work. It was such a pleasure in speaking with him and to see the pride that he takes in his work and the great customer service that he provided to my husband and I, we were truly amazed! Thanks again Zak!

PGS Never showed up to my property ,I'm your neighbor but landscaping company came from Houston and were wonderful and knowledgeable on work and prices and on time.
