I have used this company twice now for carpet cleaning in my home. They have very reasonable prices and do quality work, leaving the carpets in my home spotless. I also have pets and they have 100% removed any type of spot or odor from my home! Great company highly recommend

Took a couple of weeks to come out but fixed my problem completely.

These guys use to do a good job but lost there touch. They left paper in my chimney and it caught on fire. They guy was also intoxicated and kept flirting with my wifey.

They did a really great job cleaning, painting, and replacing my gas logs. Would highly recommend

We called a month ago to get our 2 gas fireplaces repaired today 12-10: THEY called on Wednesday 12-8 to confirm and then never showed up! When I called them they said that we were never on the schedule and never called me to confirm...even arguing with me that they didn't call to confirm! Um, I have record in my recent calls....but they basically called me a liar!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

After almost getting totally ripped off by another fireplace company, these guys were able to get our older fireplace operational and told us what we could do to reduce costs. They seem to be quite busy though, so you want to call and get on the list as soon as possible.

Been using this company for about 6 years now to service my gas fireplace. They are a great company to work with. It’s rare to find contractors that are kind and honest these days but they have been great. Very knowledgeable.

My chase pan was badly rusted and rain water dripping down chimney on damper. After receiving other quotes, I chose to go with Chimney Pro out of Magnolia. James replaced my chase pan and storm collar. I am happy with the fair pricing and great work. This is a local, hard working business!

Chimney Pro looked at my chimney that was pulling away from my house. Their recommendation was to first seek out a foundation company to determine if that was the reason for the chimney moving. Service trip fee was waived given there was no work, at this point. for them to do. Appreciated this type of customer service. I'll have them back to inspect the chimney should my foundation need leveling.

Just had a great experience with Chimney Pro. James was knowledgeable, thorough and most of all honest about the condition of my chimney. He took pictures and showed me that most of my issues had more to do with my roof and siding than my chimney. I would recommend Chimney Pro to anyone.

I've used this company twice. Once at my previous residence to clean my dryer duct.
Then again when we moved to a new house with a masonry fireplace they extended the clay flue pipe, fixed the mortar crown, and point and tucked the masonry firebrick all with a reasonable price and stellar results! In fact my neighbors at our current address ask me for the referral of a company who can fix their masonry fireplaces. Chimney Pro is an awesome company with great customer service and great response time! Thank y'all!

A wonderful company to do business with! No up-sales; just great honest work! They did a clean, neat job and helped us with an inspection, cleaning and adding a chimney cap to help keep the birds out! We have been using Chimney Pro for almost 10 years! They installed a new fireplace in our old home which we loved so when we moved to our new home in the woodlands, we called them again to have the Chimney's swept & Inspected. Ended up having them install some new logs in the living room fireplace and he repaired the gas fireplace in the bedroom that the old owners said had not worked in 15 years. Matt is absolutely great to work with. He is friendly, honest, and professional which seems to be in short supply with contractors these days. We highly recommend him.

Would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. I deal with contractors everyday and this company was a breath of fresh air. The receptionist (I don’t remember her name at this moment) who was amazing, helped me figure out what was needed over the phone before a technician was sent out. Matt and his son, who he is training, came out and got both of my fireplaces fixed and running after others told me I needed a whole new system. Matt was so honest and knew what the issue was instantly and got it fixed without having to replace anything.

Highly satisfied. James removed our gas starter/wood burner and installed a set of split oak gas logs. Went above and beyond. He added lava rock and and painted the inside of the fireplace. I was surprised at what a difference the fresh paint made and I can’t imagine the logs without the lava rock on the floor of the fireplace. I especially appreciated that he had videos of some of the logs he had installed. That was extremely helpful because my decision changed after seeing a video. We love the new logs! Pricing was fair. Quality of work was excellent. Everyone was professional and helpful.

Matt came out and inspected our chimney for repairs and cleaning. Great experience, very respectful and friendly. Estimate was quick and very reasonable. Will definitely use in tge future.

I had a great experience today when interacting with Matthew. My fireplace had not been used since we bought our home from another party 13 years ago. I know, crazy right !

Moving into a new home is special. When the heat is not working, in the middle of winter... yea, not so much! Justin over at Happy Air fixed my heat, explained to me thoroughly what the culprit was and checked in with me during the week to ensure all was working. No lie, I told him we could wait until Monday and I get a text from him early Saturday saying “it’s too cold, if you’re available I’ll be by to fix the heat today.” That action made me write this post. He could have charged me an arm and a leg but he was fair, honest and was service first. Happy Air has my business for forever.
