He was very thorough in examining the issue and offered multiple solutions. I could tell he was very knowledgable in his line of work and had a very strong work ethic. My Air conditioning went out in the middle of the heat wave, I got several companies to give me quotes and headaches for just trying to replace my A/C. Justin from Happy air was amazing so was his crew he took concern of me being without A/C for 4 days in 100 degree temperature. He was able to get my air conditioning replaced and going super fast even though he was super busy. I would totally recommend him to everyone. Due to lightening strike our air conditioner just quit working. Summer months in Texas. Phone call in the evening. Justin came out the next morning. Had the problem diagnosed right away. After getting the needed parts he was back the next morning. Fixed and cold air blowing. Service was outstanding and we now have our new air conditioning service!

I have had very bad luck using repair companies recommended by friends/co-workers/etc, so when my AC went out last week, I wasn't sure what to do. Got on Google and randomly found Happy Air and I'm so glad I did!!

Justin came out within about an hour of me calling him, told me the exact problem and my two options for fixing it. Worked with me through the financing process, stayed in communication with me leading up to and through the entire installation, and didn't leave a trace of mess even though he had to replace an old coil in my attic.

Thanks to the many favorable comments about Happy Air LLC here on Google and on a local Facebook group, we asked Justin to come and give us an estimate to replace two furnaces and our main A/C system in December. He pointed out issues others didn’t see or mention in their estimates, and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. Within a week he and his crew were here and replaced the entire system and rebalanced the air flow - what a difference this has made! The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Chalk up one more very satisfied customer for Happy Air.

Fairly priced, high quality work and no hard sales techniques like the big corporate companies. This is a boutique-level, local business - I got a great deal of education from the business owner himself, valuable info (no scare tactics).

Before Happy Air I got insane quotes from a couple big corporate A/C companies to replace my whole house system. We were listing our house to sell, I didn’t want to break the bank. Happy Air told me exactly what needed to be replaced and what could stay, they did an awesome job and worked with our schedule. I was VERY comfortable with this team. Will I use them again? Absolutely.

I received a notification on my thermostat there might be an issue with my heating system. I called up Happy Air and they had someone at my home for an inspection within 12 hours. They did a full test on the systems and determined I needed new furnaces. Justin discussed multiple ways to fix our issues from short-term to long-term to ensure my family was prepared for the incoming freeze while also thinking about my available budget.
He and his team were able to complete the repair in just one day with exceptional service.

Happy Air is the best. Justin called me in the middle of a birthday celebration to see how things were going. Yuri stayed on the job until 8:30. I asked him if he wanted something cold to drink he said, no I just want you to be cold. Called them yesterday they were here today and yes we are cold. Thank you, Justin and Yuri!

As always Justin came quickly after calling to report my A/C was blowing warm air instead of cold air. He has always been able to diagnose and repair my A/C or heating problems without a lot of fuss.
