Called on a Saturday morning for ac not cooling. Heath had a tech at my house within 20 min. Freddy was the tech I told him everything that had been going on. He found the bypass had never been set. Three other techs from different local companies couldn’t figure out what the issue was. Freddy is on top of his game and very knowledgable. Call Axis for any of your AC needs.

Axis quickly fit me into their work schedule today. My technician, Ethan, was very professional. He asked questions about my unit and communicated his diagnostic process up front. He was able to determine the capacitor failure right away and had the correct replacement available with him. To be certain that was the extent of my unit's failure, he also checked HVAC for any other problems. My AC is fixed and my house is cool to thermostat level 2 hrs after Axis arrival. Cost was relayed before repair and was as given. Thank you!

had a great experience getting our HVAC inspected. Ethan was so amazing! so sweet and thorough. he was extremely respectful and communicative. he asked our preference on shoes on or off in the house, knocking to come in and out, just very thoughtful. he kept us apprised of what he was doing the whole time. he thought there might of been a problem so he went the extra mile to call a supervisor out just to make sure. and at the end he took the time to explain his findings thoroughly in plain language we could understand. he was just super great all around and we’re glad we got him as an inspector!!

I don’t know how they can have a whole staff that are so courteous but invariably, they are. Today Juan came out and fixed my problem, made suggestions, gave advice, cleaned up, and was over the top - courteous. I’ve had different members of their crew out multiple times at different locations and have had consistent good experiences.

The crew came out, assessed the problem, found a replacement part in town, installed it and then serviced the A/C. The crew was friendly, professional, competent, and efficient. I called on a Friday, I thought no way I was going to have my ac fixed before the weekend. I was wrong. They got me all fixed up and running cold again the same day. The techs were very nice and took great care of me.

Everyone at Axis Mechanical was amazing! They are honest and do great work. We had another company quote us over 2 grand for several repairs. Axis quoted us half that and it turned out we didn't even need some of the repairs done. We will be using them again!
