I called Happy Air at 7pm because my outside unit was making an awful noise. Justin was here by 8pm and had the problem diagnosed in 15 minutes. Unfortunately my 27 year old unit had finally died but within 24 hours I had a brand new unit up and running and my house feels much cooler than the it did before.

A company that actually lives up to the 5 star reviews and neighborhood recommendations. We have called Axis a couple of times for service on our 20+ year old AC unit. Service and response has always been quick and professional without upselling the repair. When that unit did fail, Axis helped out with widow units until they could install a new system. The installation crew was professional and respectful of our house during the install and completed in one day. Heath was in communication with me the whole time to set expectations and answer all my questions. They were also able to accommodate a couple of last minute additions to the system without issue. Great company with fantastic ownership.
