Great overall experience. I had a 17 year old unit that a fan motor went out on. I had already figured in my head that I wasn’t going to spend much to fix a unit that was already that old. They gave me options with quotes for each. I never felt pressured to choose a more expensive option. I ended up replacing the whole unit with what I felt was a really good price. Axis was able to schedule the install the next day. I would recommend them to anyone

Amazing!!! After receiving a crazyyyyyy high quote from another company, I gave Axis a call. They addressed all hvac issues in our new home’s inspection report. They were punctual and even explained what issues on the report that did not need to be addressed. After the service they explained everything that they fixed, and answered all of our questions. Absolutely professional and trustworthy. We will be using Axis from bow on for all hvac maintenance and repairs.

Been dealing with Axis and Heath since Aug of '23 when we had a new A/C-Air handler combo installed. Have had nothing but great results since day one. Prompt service, extremely knowledgeable in all areas and any issues that have come up from operator error or otherwise have been taken care of immediately. Met owner at an install at friends home. Had issues with mine a week later. called owner he sent Freddy over. Freddy Fixed the unit in record time. He was very knowledgeable. They are an outstanding company and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
