Water Damage Restoration reviews in Magnolia, Texas

During the repair, they damaged my ethernet cable and sloppily replaced it. I would have let this go but now they seemingly haven't reached out to my insurance provider for weeks after I have been reaching out for some time. They have call centers that are unable to pull up your account and I still am unable to receive a call back to get this insurance claim handled. My hope is someone who actually works there sees this and can actually reach out to me.

This is a good company that I highly recommend. I had a water damage problem from my upstairs to my downstairs. They came in and got straight to the issues. This crew knew exactly what to do, no hesitation, professional, mannerable, respectful, communication thru this process and consistent daily. They have and are doing a wonderful job in securing my house and using all preventative measures. They are knowledgeable and work as a team. Today during these times it is hard finding good service that know their job and do it. Thank you Mr. Dru, Mr. Richard, Mr. Webb and Ms. Mel who is us awesome; guys watch out, lolol 😂😂😂

SERVEPRO of Spring/Tomball did a great job cleaning up water damage for us after our water heater above the laundry room sprayed water in the attic above the laundry room and garage while we were out of town. Yikes! What a mess! It was raining in our house!
Steven Sanchez, Manny, and the rest of the crew were on time, very knowledgeable, and courteous. Mr. Sanchez was in contact with our insurance company and was able to get approval for all the actions that needed to be taken. We highly recommend the remediation team at SERVEPRO and look forward to working with the reconstruction side of SERVEPRO to get our house back to looking like it never even happened.

Eman, Ashton, and Mark did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the water damage in my home. They set us up with all the proper equipment to help us dry out our damaged floors and cabinets.

Mark Williams and Christian Henley took professional and gentle care of my Stuff. They were very much aware that I take pride in my Belongings so they treated every thing With Care. Trying not to do anymore damage to the water damage. Thanks so much for that . I have no place to move things in my house and the two men worked very hard at cutting the carpet and pad from the floor. I will need a pack out to sufficiently do the job I appreciate the Excellent Job here.

We had a water heater pipe pour water from our attic all the way down to the first floor and it created a huge mess. I just so happened to be working from home that day and catch it but the mess was still horrible. ServPro came out quick, helped us find the leak so we could stop it completely, and just handled everything from detailed photos to the clean up. The crew had great personalities and were funny, making the situation much better.Even the repair division was thorough to get us a quote for putting our house back together and work directly with the insurance. Such a great experience.

I had a water disaster at 2am. I cleaned up the water and called in Servpro who arrived promptly working until 2am the next morning. Mark Williams and Bryce Parker we’re first on the scene. Extremely professional and went straight to work. Very impressed with the work, service, thoroughness, and documentation. Took about 4 days for drying and someone was there everyday rechecking moisture levels and equipment. If you have a problem, this is who you call. Julian Jordan and Richard took care of some water damage we had due to a service line break in our area. They were both very courteous and professional. They kept a very clean workspace as they tore out old carpets and cut out 2 feet of Sheetrock. I’m very impressed with how clean of a job they did for us.

I was out of state when tornado in Houston blew huge tree onto my roof. The same night of the storm ServPro contacted me to set up tarring and any other emergency work that was needed. The following morning , I was connected to Julie Nguyen who with patience and kindness talked me “down from the ledge” of my stress, anxiety and nervous ,breakdown. I called Julie not once, not twice, but at least 5 times over a period of a few hours and she made me feel supported and at ease. You better hang on to her!
