Everyone at Servpro communicated well and was great to work with throughout the project. My outdoor kitchen/gazebo was destroyed by a huge pine tree that fell directly on the outdoor kitchen when we had a tornado come through our neighborhood. Jesse was our PM and he did a good job of coordinating all the subs and each of there subs from what I can tell were skilled craftsmen, especially the flagstone worker who was able to match the damage flagstone on the outdoor kitchen table and counter. His manager Robert got involved when there was a potential material question/problem and resolved the issue quickly and to my satisfaction.
I will call them first the next time I need a contractor for my house.

We recently had a mold issue in our home in the Rice Military area. While I wouldn't wish this stressful problem on anyone, our experience with SERVPRO Spring/Tomball was exemplary. Everyone that I worked with - on both the administrative and operational side - was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They were prompt in the appointment for the initial assessment/quote and were able to schedule the work quickly when we were ready for the actual mold abatement to begin. They took the time to thoroughly explain what would be done and what to expect, including the handling of our personal possessions. The crew (LeRoy, Mark and others ) were all very pleasant to work with, even though our HVAC system was off and the home was extremely hot. They closely worked with the inspection company to make sure that they were following the remediation protocol exactly and were able to complete the job in a reasonable amount of time. The work was successful in allowing us to obtain a clearance certificate upon the first re-inspection.
In addition, Liz did a great job of handling the administrative end of the business and was always very responsive.
I highly recommend SERVPRO Spring/Tomball if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate need of a mold remediation.

We had major damage to our home from the hurricane and Servpro of Spring was recommended by our insurance company. Robert was excellent in communication and getting the right members of his team to repair the damage. Those who did the work were exceptionally respectful of our property and incredibly clean and respectful... we are so happy with the final results and highliy recommend .

Julian came out promptly, was extremely professional as well as calming as almost the entire first floor plus 50% of the upstairs is affected. He has taken very good care and is fully documenting everything; he even helped me with the insurance company. I cannot say enough good things about this young man. I would call him again if this ever happened again, hoping it doesn’t of course.

We had a washing machine overflow and dump water over more than half of the house. The Servpro team from Spring/Tomball were on site within 3 hours to being the cleanup process. They worked the first night until approximately 3a.m. and were back the following day. They were amazing! Unfortunately, the water damaged flooring and baseboards in the house and they had to be removed. The demolition crew came and removed what needed to be mitigated and the reconstruction team followed up. The process was not quick, but the service was impeccable. To the entire SERVPRO Spring/Tomball team thank you for your professionalism and dedication to getting the job done. It is truly as if it never happened.

Had a burst pipe in my garage, and Devin and Ty. J did an excellent job with the cleanup and restoration. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Great service—highly recommend!

Victor, Leroy, and Ty were very thorough and knowledgeable during the initial inspection! There’s more testing, and potentially more work, to be done, but I’m confident I’m in good hands as we continue to work through our mold issue.

Eman, Mark, Devin, Manny, Leroy, Vern, Dori, and Ty did a great job! A pipe burst in my attic over the garage. There was extensive drywall damage. They got the drywall pretty dry, over a 6 day period. On the last day, they removed the parts that were pretty dry, but, had too much water damage to salvage. I have had drywall removal before, and it was a disaster. Not this time!!! They were very CLEAN!!! I am so grateful! Thank you, guys, for all of your hard work!

Had Servpro come out on a holiday weekend to mitigate after water leak and 1” flood across several rooms. Had as many 25 fans, dehumidifiers, and scrubber in the house at one point. Leroy and the rest of the crew that came out were professional and respectful. They removed machines as soon as drywall or floors dried up and their itemized bill were on the spot - no overcharges at all which speaks to integrity of this business. Vernel on the rebuild side has also been great to work with. Very pleased with the service and feel their pricing for using their machines were fairly priced.

Leroy, Ramon, and Anthony were outstanding! Quick response to our water intrusion issue. Quickly began remediation and talked us through each step of the process.

This team was a God send!!! Following a bad experience of air duct cleaning, I finally found a company, ServPro, who came the same day and found the source of our extreme dust problem caused by a running AC during duct cleaning.
The project manager, Victor assured me he could get to the root of this dust storm and restore my home whole. He did not disappoint. Victor, Paulino, Matt and Anthony tackled the job relentlessly! They did an outstanding job!!!
When your home is in disarray it becomes your daily focus and it can consume you. ServPro gave us back order. Clean and fresh never smelled so good! Thanks again Victor and guys!!!

I need to give an update to my dealing with Servpro. At 900am this morning Jan 9 I received a call from Christina Gray, office manager at Servpro. She apologized for the treatment I received from Servpro, said there were errors on the quote sent to me. Because she took the time to call to apologize and not try to sell me anything I have to seriously consider that the company may be the professionals I dealt with in the past.
original post - Several years ago I used Servpro to deal with water damage to my home. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them at that time. But not so much today. I called yesterday, Jan.7, to get a quote for air duct cleaning. Spoke with Liz Hajek who said she would email me a quote by the end of the day. Also said it wasn't necessary to have anyone come out to my home for her to send me an estimate. Never received the email estimate yesterday. I decided to call again today since it was 1pm and still hadn't received anything. Ms Hajek was not available but the person who I spoke with said they would check with her about the estimate. I received an email estimate at 220pm. The estimate included the air duct cleaning along with 9 other items but the most surprising was a $198.00 charge for an "emergency fire mitigation service call". I called Ms Hajek to express my disappointment and I probably would not use Servpro this time. Her response was "okay, bye" and she hung up.
I'm totally shocked that the great service I serviced in the past is no longer offered by Servpro.
