Servpro came to our house the morning after the storm that blew through Houston on 5/17. The first crew was responsive and moved the wet insulation. The next crew that came in was as amazing. Noah Birdsall was professional and thorough. He led the crew with expertise and communicated with me through the entire process. Noah and Ben Henry worked hard to ensure my family’s home was properly taken care of - carefully taking water saturation measurements to only demo what needed to be demoed. They were also kind and recognized the stress of the event. They were patient with me and answered all of my questions. Noah did an exceptional job managing multiple workers, leading the team to efficiently begin mitigating damage due to the water, all while being respectful to me and my home. If you experience an event that requires water mitigation, I highly recommend ServPro and to specifically request Noah.

Victor, LeRoy, and their crew (Charles & Anthony) came out and did the water damage removal in the bathroom. They prep the work area, cover the furniture, and clean the area after they are done. LeRoy explains to me what they are doing at each step. Which I really appreciate, as it makes me feel this company is honest and transparent in its work. Our insurance authorizes this restoration company. We hope we will never need to use them again (one leaking shower is enough for me! 😀) but we recommend them if anyone else is in need.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball for mold remediation in my kitchen. Don't get me wrong - dealing with mold is a headache and remediation steps are a necessary disruption. But this group made the cleanup as straightforward as possible.

The work Servpro did for us at a time of devastating crisis was just phenomenal. A water hose upstairs burst while we were on vacation and ran for three days before it was discovered. We called Servpro in Spring Texas from Colorado, and they showed up within a couple hours and got started. The water remediation team did a precise and thorough job getting us cleaned up, dried out, and sanitized. On top of that, I had gotten started on the long process of documenting our contents for the insurance company, when Mark from Servpro said, "Why don't you let us do that for you." He and his contents team of Eman, Charles, Lilian, Carmen, Carolina, and Marlyn packaged everything up, took photos of items being discarded or restored, and submitted all of that to our insurance company on our behalf. Saved us a boat load of work and did a better job than I'd have done myself. They got us completely moved out of our home so restoration could get underway.

I would like to start with our fist contact Samantha Gilliam, we called and she was the technician on call. We explained our problem and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and help put our minds at ease and we had a lifetime of memories that were damaged. She helped explain the process thoroughly and helped us to schedule a team to come out and perform a survey and inventory of the damages in a very timely manner.

When the team showed up, I would like to personally thank Emanuel Lopez and Victor Saracho. They were extremely professional and had great communication before during and after the survey. They treating all of our items with the care and respect of their own and they were empathetic to our situation as this was a difficult time for us. They also were very safety conscious of us not to have any hazardous mold encounters and provided us with gloves and masks as needed. They both communicated to me throughout the process and anytime I had any questions they always answered the call or text.

We also used Servpro for the mold remediation of our items. They made the process very easy and stress free for us giving a detailed inventory and realistic expectations. They picked up all of the items and carefully packed everything and ensured our belongings were safe. They transported to their shop and worked diligently to get everything completed within a few days. When we received all of the items back we were amazed and in tears that they were able to treat for mold and restore to original condition. Everything smelled fresh and was very clean!
