My heat went out from snowpocalypse, their tech was able to come out on a day they were closed to replace some breakers that were oddly damaged from the storm and or blackouts.

Excellent service. They worked through pouring rain to ensure the work was completed as scheduled. They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Highly recommend!

I called to get a quote for a commercial job, they had a guy come out and take a look at the job, and after sending them the electrical plans for them to see if they could finish the job another electrician had started I never heard back. I called twice and emailed them and no response. I think it’s unprofessional. The least they could have done was call and tell me it’s something they couldn’t do and I wouldn’t have continued to waste my time.

Love working with Bobby Tutor and his team, especially JJ. These are great people and a great company. We have done many jobs together and when we need an electrician, we call Tutor to help! Quality work from quality people.

Tutor Electrical is fair, honest and reliable. I have used them for years and would not consider calling any other company. Absolutely the best!!!!!

Great company to work with. Communication was on point. The technician Joe Hach was very professional and did install perfectly. I recommend Tutor Electric.

I was recommended to Tutor Electric by a friend, as I was looking to install a tankless water heater. The job required three new wires from the water heater to the breaker box. I called and talked to J.J. and he was polite and knowledgeable and quoted me a price of around $500. He even came by to check on the service main to ensure my amperage was sufficient. When Randy and Mike came by to install the wiring, they were pleasant and friendly and did the job in about 4 1/2 hours, since they had to run back to the shop a few times to get parts.

Up until this point, I was completely satisfied with Tutor Electric.

Then I got the bill. $830 all told, a 65% increase over the estimate. I also paid the full cost of labor for all 4 1/2 hours ($125 for both electricians - not sure why the job really needed two, but that's why I hired someone to do it) - even for the times they had to run back to the shop, which probably was at least close to an hour of time. I really did like these guys, and I would've accepted a 10% or even 20% increase over the estimate (J.J. did say "about $500"). But 65%? With no changes? Come on... that's a breach of trust. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Tutor Electric unless you don't care about the price. Had I known it would cost nearly twice as much as the heater itself, I would've just installed it myself. My advice would be (for anyone looking for an electrician): get a fixed contract in writing. Lesson learned.

I knocked the main power line down at my shop. These guys were there within 30 minutes. The Repair was very reasonable.
Very professional all the way through.
Moreover, they helped deal with Oncor over a month later. Really hard to find this type of caring and professionalism folks these days...

I want to thank Brian Brinkman and the entire staff for ministering to me, a recent widow and going above and beyond helping me. What a blessing to see a company following the Scriptures and God's Word. May God bless each of you, Judy Myers

I contacted Tudor and three other electricians for a quote on install of my Tesla Wall Charger. Their price was in the middle of my quotes but decided to go with them because Tony took the time to come to my house and look at the project and discuss some other things that could be done.
The day the crew came out to do the install it was discovered that the circuit breaker Tony and I had chosen wasn’t actual the highest the wall charger could handle. I spoke to Tony and was apologetic but told him I really wanted to go with the highest possible amperage possible.
Tony was very nice and professional with the last minute change which involved having to go to a supply house to get a lager Guage wire.
Install was completed the next day and everything works great.
Can’t say enough good things about this company and Tony.

Technician was on time (30 minutes early actually) and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it, and even took the time to make sure other issues were resolved as well.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the billing. The first 30 minutes is a flat rate of $95 for the service call, which is pretty much standard. But even though the work only took 30 minutes, he was on site a little longer and so I was charged for an additional half hour (at an hourly rate of $95).

With trade skills like these you definitely get what you pay for, so even though it felt a little pricey for a quick house call, I'd recommend them because the job was done well and quickly.

    BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Had these guys out to repair two under counter lights with ballasts that were failing. The electricians left saying they would send me a quote .

Later the same day, we received a quote back for almost $800 to replace and install two 33 inch LED under counter lights as they indicated parts were not being made anymore.

This is highway robbery for install of two under counter lights that run about $40 each at Home Depot. I responded back with an email telling them that the fee seemed a bit ridiculous and that there was no itemization of anything. Furthermore, they threw in the emailed quote that I received that included with their price was a service call fee of $150 + taxes (which was not disclosed prior to the service) and would be invoiced if we chose not to go with their high quote. Their only response back was to send me an invoice for the service call, with NO response back on itemizing their high quote.

Tutor Electric installed a disconnect on a new hot water tank. The technician was on time friendly and professional. The job was complete within an hour. Then our technician and his assistant cleaned up all the scraps and leftover bits and pieces. When the invoice arrived it confirmed that our bill was HALF our other estimates. I am very pleased with Tutor. They are now my go to electrician! Thank you for the quality work.

Our Technician Joe arrived right on time. We had 3 ceiling fans and a Beyond Bright LED installed in our garage. He went right to work, did. beautiful job and did not dilly-dally (important as it's an hourly rate). We were referred to Tutor by our new-home electrical firm. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was very pleased with the repairs performed by Joe Hack of Tudor Electrical Service. Joe was able to arrive earlier than the scheduled time which i really appreciated. He was diligent in diagnosing and repairing an elusive wiring problem. Joe was very courteous and professional.
Also, my initial telephone contact with Tudor was with Abby. She asked intelligent questions about the issue and scheduled the appointment. I was very with impressed with both Abby and Joe.
I feel that the cost of the repair is very reasonable, and I would call Tudor Electrical again.

I had never used an Electricity service company. I typed in Smoke Detector installation near me on Google. Several options came up, some I passed on, didn’t seem professional enough. I took a chance on Mr. Electric. They sent technician Travis. He was so polite, and knowledgeable. He came out and accomplished what I hired him to do with no problem. My house is over 20 years old and he helped me get up to code on things that weren’t required when the house was built, mainly surge protection. I didn’t realize how unsafe my house was, also my GCI protectors needed upgrading and he fixed me up there too. He was not pushy at all. I simply asked him to pretend he was doing a house inspection as if I was selling the house and those things that wouldn’t have passed inspection he fixed and updated. To me that’s going above and beyond what he was originally brought out to do. Im a procrastinator and I totally feel up to date things. I definitely recommend Mr. Electric, and specifically Travis if you have a choice.
