Electrical reviews in Mansfield, Texas

Top notch electrical service! So we called A.T electric on a Monday afternoon with an issue with our outdoor lights not turning on. They booked us for an appointment the next morning and not only called in advance as promised but also were extremely nice and professional .

Dakota & Roy took their time with getting to the root of the problem in addition to rectifying it in a timely fashion. They took their time in explaining what was happening and why. Could not have reached out to a better company to assist us in such a delicate matter.

Thank you Roy & Dakota truly appreciate y’all

Roy and Anthony did and outstanding job, I would recommend them to anyone that needs Electric work done. Just call A T Electric above.

We contacted AT Electric To run electrical to our hot tub. They arrived at the exact time they said they would arrive, they completed the work efficiently and even better than we anticipated as they were able to run the electrical under the hot tub instead of through the side. They cleaned up after they were done and showed me everything that they did and how the breaker to the hot tub works. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them for all of our electrical needs in the future

The guys were great. We had kids in the house and they were very respectful, fast, and kind

I really appreciate Al and Daks hard work! These guys are so professional and definitely know what they are doing! I will be using AI for all of my household electrical needs in the future!! Thank you!!

I recently hired A. T. Electric to install an EV charger at my home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly knowledgeable and informative, taking the time to walk me through the installation process, answer all my questions, and ensure I understood every step involved.

Their communication was exceptional — timely, clear, and always professional. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how smoothly everything was scheduled and executed.

When it came to pricing, A. T. Electric offered a very competitive quote without cutting corners on quality. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both value and such a high level of service.

The installation itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. They made sure everything was up to code, tested thoroughly, and even cleaned up the workspace before leaving. The charger works perfectly, and I feel confident knowing the job was done right.

I highly recommend A. T. Electric to anyone in need of electrical work — especially if you're looking to install an EV charger. Professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future electrical needs!

Very professional group of electricians. We had tons of electric work done on our 1980’s home. Al and his team are great to work with and take all the time necessary to talk through any concerns. We’ll be using AT Electric for all future electric needs.

We moved in October. The first local electrician installed the bedroom fan. We didn't use the fan because the weather was cool. Then a few months passed and the cold winter ended. The fan produced a loud humming sound through the night. No setting made it quieter. I had a sleepless night. I learned this the fan model was a poor choice for our bedroom ceiling. On top of this, the dimmer switch for the fan can be a fire hazard. Using a light dimmer switch for a fan has been the cause of 6% of house fires.
We did more research and found a fan model which fits our bedroom. Yet, there were other electrical tasks to finish.
AT Electric of Mansfield came on time to look at our needs. We had three separate projects. The first was replacing the bedroom fan. The second was replacing the back porch lights. The third was adding GFCI outlets for the backyard pond. Al and his assistant, Ian, were polite. They explained the implications of our choices. Al suggested extending the master bathroom GFCI through the brick wall. No new GFCI. Saving time and money. He sent the estimate the next day. We agreed to the price and schedule the following day.
They arrived on time and were efficient and neat. They were careful in laying out their tools. Making sure there was no danger or damage. They left everything tidy. This is what pros do. We wish this was true of each contractor.
The new fan is silent. I can snooze on hot summer nights. The porch lights look good. The new GFCI outlets are more convenient than the one by the porch. The outlets have covers, making them more weather resistant. The new outlets can be reset from the outside. No need to reset them from inside the bathroom.
To summarize, Al and Ian were professional. They explain technical issues well. I wish I had found them from the beginning of the house move. I recommend AT Electric.

The guys did great work! They completed everything I needed and at a competitive price! Very happy with the service and will be using this company for any future electrical needs.

AT Electric is an excellent company to work with. They installed a whole house surge protector for me. The work was excellent and the electricians professional and knowledgeable. Al was especially helpful to me in getting the installation set up and was more than happy to take the time to answer a few other questions I had about other electrical projects.

[Review #1 in April 2025, Initial subpanel install]
I was upgrading my house with a backup battery system from EcoFlow which included a smart home panel. Johnnie from A&T electric came to my house and provided a free detailed quote of installation cost. I had several install options related to the subpanel, Johnnie took the time to work with and explained the technical issues related to each option so that I could make an informed choice. My discussion with Johnnie from A&T Electric was the best information exchange I had from any of the companies that gave me a quote. It was clear he understood what was required to install the EcoFlow’s Smart Home Panel 2. On the day of install his team was on time and very professional. After several hours of hard work, the job was completed and my new subpanel worked perfectly with my EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra battery system. Johnnie and A&T Electric LLC will now be my company of choice for any household job big or small.

In April 2025, A.T. Electric did a fantastic job installing two ceiling fans for us. One was a replacement for a broken fan, and the other was a brand-new install in a spot with no existing fan. Both fans had to be assembled, and everything was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Great attention to detail and super friendly service. Highly recommend!

[Review #2 in August 2025, Major modification]
Another Excellent Experience with AT Electric – August 5, 2025**

This is my second time working with AT Electric, and once again, they delivered exceptional results. Roy, Nate, and Al spent several hours on-site performing a major modification to my existing EcoFlow Smart Home Panel setup, specifically relocating the battery connection box. This was a complex task that required thoughtful planning and precise execution.

Just like the first time, the initial consultation was completely free and very informative. The team clearly laid out the scope of work and made sure I understood all the options. I really appreciated their collaborative approach—they listened carefully to what I wanted and offered smart, efficient solutions that saved both time and cost.

The level of professionalism, technical skill, and customer care continues to impress me. I highly recommend AT Electric to anyone needing high-quality electrical work, especially on smart home systems. Great job again, guys!

I’ve had AT Electric come out several times over the last two years. They’re always prompt and professional. When asked about the work they are doing they explain it in detail and offer me options for upgrading or saving money.
I highly recommend them.
Special shout out to Al, Ray and Dak, thanks!

A/T electric out of Mansfield did an Awesome job and is very knowledgeable about the job needed to be done and very friendly. I highly recommend them for any electrical work needs to be done I have used them a few times and will continue using them for my electrical needs.

I chose this company solely on their customer reviews and I too had a very pleasant experience with AT Electric. Everything from the initial phone conversation to final completion of my project was outstanding. I had two smart fans installed and two other lights that needed replacing. They were on time and very courteous. Al, Rory and Nathan were fantastic.

At electric installed my reliant transfer switch according to the 10 breakers I chose to send power to. Works perfectly.

If you’re planning to purchase or have a generator that is transfer switch ready this is a good set up . The transfer outlet is easy to decipher over an RV outlet because the transfer outlet has four inputs the RV generator outlet only has three. You will need a 120V/ 240v Inverter Generator. Mine is 6250/5000 Watts

If you’re considering a back up and have questions, AL will answer all of them for you .

Would recommend !

We hired AT Electric to rewire our shop to get us ready for the cold winter months. Al and Dakota came out with a team, they quickly and efficiently got the job done. They were professional and safe while working and we appreciate all their help. We will keep doing business with them and recommend them to anyone out there who is needing someone you can trust.

Roy and Anthony did an excellent job updating some of my outlets in my home and wiring wires to different outlets. Very professional and very respectful. I believe I was charged a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend A T Electric!
