Not only did he give me quality service but before he started, he gave me the best advice on the product etc. He encountered some issues while installing but patiently resolved it. Spencer went above and beyond in completing the wire run from my office to bedroom. He was able to quickly analyze the situation and then perfectly executed a plan that we agreed upon together. I now am able to make full use of the gigabit speeds in my house and I cannot thank Spencer enough. He helped me strategize how to improve the wifi throughout the house and backyard(speakers gotta work at the firepit!!) and set up a system i can build on to make my house more “smart”. Spencer and his partner Sherif were wonderful.
I’m super picky and wanted my Ethernet panel that branches out to the rest of the house a certain way.
They did it the way I wanted and also installed an extra electrical outlet that I needed near the panel for a good price. After it was all done they vacuumed up too! Highly recommend to anyone who needs cables run or Home Ethernet panel upgraded back to functionality.

Hired Spencer to move my router from garage to the living room. during my initial consultation with him, he responded very quickly and offered very competitive price compared to other. Although it was relatively simple job, he took a time and completed my job properly. He didn't cut any corner. One thing I was very impressed about him was his professionalism and how detail he was. In addition, he cleaned up the area before he left.

Our home builder was an overall headache to deal with when putting up cat 5/cat 6 wires around the house. Spencer came in and fixed all the problems I had with our builder. He terminated both ends of the wires, ran new cable from the ceiling, also installed the cameras, doorbell, and console I had purchased from Ubiquiti. Spencer arrived on time, he did his work neatly and cleaned up afterward. He was professional. I wanted to upgrade to a 2gbps internet service and add 3 new drops that would tie in with my existing network. We analyzed my equipment needs and he executed the installation timely and within the agreed budget. I would 100% recommend him and would use him again.

I highly recommend this business. I needed a TV mount installed into a stone fireplace. They were able to come in on the same day I called. Spencer was quick, skilled, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my TV install was perfect.

We spent over $10,000 on a complete security camera system, Illumivue Cameras with NVR, ungraded to 10 cameras shortly after install, 6 months later, none of the Cameras or NVR worked properly and Spencer was not capable or not interested in standing behind his work. Every time there was an issue due to his blotched worked he work charge to resolve the issue, even though the Equipment was under warranty. I would not recommend this Company to Install a doorbell much less entrust them to install Electronics, cameras, entertainment System or security. Completely Incompetent and Arrogant owner.

Spencer did an excellent job installing my in-wall Klipsch speakers and mounting my TV. The work was clean, precise, and the speakers look like they’ve always been part of the room. He explained placement options clearly and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend for anyone upgrading their home theater or in need of a new installation/setup.
